Just finished losing 120 lbs in 280 days. Sitting at 205 lbs currently. Planning on Trying to find my maintenance calories currently. Once I stabilize with my current Routine, PHUL, I plan on starting a Slow Bulk of 1-2 lbs a month for a good 10-15 lbs. Then following that up with a Cut to see how I look.

This is from when I lost 100lbs which was the most I lost. Exercising a couple to a few hours a day at the time. Now I aim to only exercise ~1 hour max a day and balance life a bit more.
My change was thanks to my gym and myfitnesspal. I'm over Day 800 In a row now of tracking. Loving my new life of being able to do activities like running or hiking. I am so proud of what I could do with some help and how I kept it up so long.88 -
At my biggest I didn't take very many pictures, and I just had a hunt on an old friends page and found this before which is I think the biggest I've ever seen myself look. After is on my holiday a week ago that I have just returned home from. Feeling like a million bucks, even with a couple extra holiday kilos72 -

CW 155lbs (I'm lifting atm to lower my body fat %)
no idea what my measurements were. Too afraid to do it.
Start in 2012. I totally could have done this faster, but I decided it was more sustainable for me to lose for a bit, then eat at maintenance, lose a bit more, then maintain again.
