Hello, everyone! I'm on a semi low carb diet. (I try to aim for under 70g, but sometimes struggle and end up closer to 150g) I've only been doing this for about a month and a half, so I'm fairly new. I sent a bunch of friend requests to people on here, so I hope that's ok. I'd love new MFP friends whatever your diet is!1

I'm not sure how to add people but you can me!! I have been doing low carb/high protein/high fat for about a month. Already feeling better (gut, joint pain, swelling, headaches)! As bonus lost 20 pounds! Woot woot!!!.2 -

I've been low carb just over a month. I have lost 20 lbs. I have a long way to go. I've struggled to find the tight balance with calorie counting and stalled on weight loss for almost 3 weeks, but finally started losing again. It's good to find like minded people.0
