Forced myself to make it through a gym day even when I really didn't want to go, and beat my leg press record in the process! (120 pounds, woo!)24

So I'm finally down to 145lbs today. I started at 175lbs in January. So 30lbs gone. The NSV is surprisingly something I did this month and I still continued to lose weight. For the past 3 weeks, well I was lazy, I decided to reduce my daily steps from average 15,000 steps to 12,000 steps everyday and increased my calories from average 1300-1400 daily intake to 1600-1700 calories. Since I'm 5'2" and getting closer to my goal weight of 135lbs, I assumed I'll probably not lose anything eating that much. However, this is my TOM week and I have been dropping 0.5lbs daily starting Monday this week. I did fluctuate up as high as 150lbs from my last lowest weigh-in 146.5lbs ( 3 weeks ago ). These monthly hormonal changes can really screw up your numbers. But as of today I'm down to 145lbs and it may go lower. I'll have to wait and see. My waist line is really small it's so unreal! But I'm more happy about my hips and butt reducing. That's my struggle area with my pear shape. I started at 48.5inches January and I'm down to I think 43.75inches, I have to wait until after TOM to recheck. My goal is get to 39-40 inches hopefully without losing any more of my bust. I can't afford to lose anymore up top16

I went to a Mexican restaurant last night and didn't have any chips and salsa AND didn't order a (delicious, delicious) margarita.24

Not too long ago, I finally bought size 14 jeans at Goodwill, down from about five years in 16/18. Today I need a belt to keep those size 14s from slipping too low, and the belt is on the third hole! I haven't used a belt in years.24

Need to buy a new belt to replace my new belt!20

Amen! That is a great one. I actually had to re-adjust all my velcro to make my vest smaller.20 -

I was stopped twice this week by two different people, that work in the same building as me, and they commented on how much weight I lost and told me how fit I was looking. That was pretty awesome.26

Ok, so it maybe a bit strange NSV but I realized that when I set my calories low but eat back exersice I tend to stick to it more then when my calories are set higher. It's just a mental thing I guess, where I think more about my food when I'm low calorie but not actually sticking under the amount then when I'm higher and think oh I can easily make this fit in my calories today and eat waaaay too much instead22

Doctor's appointment today, the girl who weighs me said, "You've lot a bunch of weight!" even before I stepped on the scale. Both she and the doctor wanted to know what I did, and acted surprised when I said exercise and counting calories. The doctor said I was certainly a success story.
Also lost another inch off my waist. It's slow but it's coming along! My stomach is definitely going to be the last thing to go.27 -
Saw a doctor I haven't seen in awhile today and she just looked at me and said, "What's your secret? Do you run a lot?" I got to tell her about weight lifting and recommended New Rules of Lifting for Women--she complimented my arm definition (me? Arm definition at rest?!). I even got to give MFP a shout out as why I started lifting (doc already knew about MFP, so maybe a good sign she recommends it to her patients!)20

Preplanned chocolate doughnut as my midnight snack and I didn't eat it!! I've put it nicely on a plate, brought it to bed and packed it back after few minutes! I just didn't feel like eating anymore.27

Realized that I'm starting to find healthier foods genuinely more appealing than junkier options. Went to Del Taco because I forgot to pack a lunch today, looked at the menu, immediately gravitated toward...what happened to be one of the lowest-calorie meals on the menu (if not the lowest).
Also last night I set two new personal records at the gym - fastest time running a mile (9:27) and most distance covered in one session (just over 5 miles in one hour - started counting after that first mile because I took a water break).23 -
I hit bodyweight (plus some) on my bench press this morning! 181.9 lbs! There was a slingshot involved, but I am still stoked!!!23
