I enjoy rubber stamping - mostly card making, which is something that can be accomplished quickly. Also scrapbooking. Any papercrafting requires clean fingers! When I quit smoking, I really focused on scrapbooking. I would realize hours would pass and I hadn't thought of lighting up. Seems to work for snacking for me, too Good luck with crocheting! I couldn't ever get the hang of it2
