Got in 20 miles today riding bike! 15 in the morning and another 5 this evening while waiting for the DH to get home!!0

I prefer to bike in the morning, but I had to be at work early. After a hectic day, I was looking forward to my ride. I don't usually like to ride in the wind and it was kind of windy when I started out. I might not have gone if I hadn't been committed to the 400 miles. And the wind died down about halfway through. Nice burn, excellent ride and just what I needed.

You can do anything that is measurable by distance.New here as well....
This is totally what I need. I have a question though... do you have to run/ jog/ or walk? Or can you use a treadmill. I've recently hurt my hip and the dr says no running or jogging. I can do the treadmill though.

Didn't make 75 last month but did get just over 55 so this month I'm aiming for 60 miles. None yet but tomorrow is another day!!!0

I got 2 miles in last night at Physical Therapy. 1.5 on Treadmill and .5 on the Elliptical.0

I'm in! I know it's August 2nd, but I hope that;s okay. I really wanted to join a challenge last month but it was the middle of July.
I will set my goal at 50 miles. That's about 2 miles a day 6 days a week, so I will push myself this month, but that is exactly what I need! I am going to make my ticker now! Thanks for this challenge :):)
