My 1st mini goal is to keep the scale moving downward. My 2nd goal is to get out of morbidly obese to just obese, that'll take 40 pounds.11

Another mini goal, is when I have my blood work taken in 6 months, to no longer be pre diabetic.6

I'm with you- I'm thrilled by each pound I lose! A bit harder at 60 but it's slowly coming off.3 -
Successfully meal plan (and then stick to it) for just one 24 hour shift. Might take a couple times experimenting, but I have plenty scheduled for this month, so lots of time to experiment... wamp wamp :-/3

I need to revisit my previous goals as I didn't meet any of the weight loss goals but I think I hit all of the fitness ones including finishing my 10K a few weeks ago. So, current goals:
1. Between now and Christmas, avoid sweets & treats unless they are homemade. This is mostly so I stay away from the candy dish at work. Was keeping a second dish right in my office and I dumped what was left in the receptionist's candy dish yesterday.
2. Finish the 15K training program I'm running right now.
3. Fit into all the size 12 clothes currently in my closet so I can donate the last of the 16s and start reducing the 14s.5 -
I love this thread! So motivating. I'm 5'6". SW of 202 pounds, CW of 160 pounds.
Goals
1. Oct 1, 2017: Finally reach a healthy BMI for my height (154).
2. Nov 13, 2017: Get below 150 (exactly one year from when I started losing weight).
3. Dec 20, 2017: Reach 142 before I go home for Christmas (This would by 60 lost).
Met my first goal this week! I'm currently at 152.4lbs.
Hope to get under 150 in the next few weeks!

To lose a couple pounds at a time and maintain the weight lose for a while until I reach 20 lbs lost.4

a few: have to go to a ball next week = in 10 (!) days and as it is a work thing I really don't want to buy anything new. Both dress options to small but I will try to get off as much as possible to fit into the roomier one at least;
next: evening out with the girls with a few drinks and we were talking of going to see a rocky horror picture show screening - nostalgia for some reason I had mentioned before that many many years ago I want to an aids fundraiser event (dressing up was obligatory there) and I still have a corsage from back then... guess...
next: suffering from pains in hips, knees... and regular headache - that has to go!
next: Christmas visit at bitchy mother/sister in law-team - just because...

Do my first unassisted pull-up! It may seem silly, but never in my life have I had the strength to do an unassisted pull-up.8

To be able to join the gym!
Sounds silly - but so many times before I've gone at this with all guns blazing, trying to do everything and be perfect all at once...and surprise it has never worked. And then I end up paying for a gym subscription that doesn't get used...
So this time round, I've been at it for a month and gone from 86kg to 83.5kg...and I won't let myself join the gym until I'm under 80kg. I've been hiking, walking, running and doing YouTube workouts so I am getting some exercise, but the longer I go the more I'm so keen to go and get on those weights and machines. So that's my reward haha!10 -
I have 2 mini goals at the moment. My first hit the 20 lbs lost mark. Currently I've lost 19.2. My other is to get below 200 lbs for the first time in around 6 years. I'd be so happy to see 199... So yeah, around 14 lbs to go! ( maybe that's not such a mini goal, but either way I'm hoping I can get there little by little)8
