09/10- Happy Canadian thanksgiving weekend! Two main meals today, went a little under hydrated. Had a long dog walk, but it made me miss yoga.
10/10- 162.4. Under calories, trying to hit higher but I am nutritionally balanced.
11/10- 158.5 worked through lunch but ate a little. Work survey and a huge dog walk. Under protein macro. Still thirsty.

Feeling good, like the changes I've made are sustainable, but I'm nearing my typical low. I've been here probably 5 times (more?) in the last 25 years without ever getting to my goal weight, then gaining back. At this size, I'm still definitely overweight but I'm starting to like how I look and that can cause me to get overconfident and stop worrying about it. I've really got to keep my mindset going. I like the healthy food I'm eating, I'm not deprived, I like being active, I can keep doing this. Anyway, it's early but I'm on track for no added sugar today, good on water and calories, took a nice walk.

10/11 170.5
Three days in a row, this number still makes me happy. Good on water, calories, a little exercise, no added sugar. Looking back at my diary, I haven't gone over 1510 calories in 30 days.

10/10 - 181.2 -- good start for the week. Since I gave up midway last round (because of sickness). I'm all set for this round and challenging myself to do better.

10/11 - 180.3 -- Seems like I lost a lot of the water weight I gained after overeating the last few days. Will see to it to be back tot my usual diet in the next couple of days. Dance performance is due on Friday as well!

Goal - Get the average into the 138s. Walk outside for 30 mins everyday.

10/10 - 138.8 - walked for 45 mins yesterday
10/11 - 138.4 - walked for 35 mins yesterday
10/12 - 138.0 -

A rest day yesterday as my knee (5 weeks post surgery) was feeling it and my thigh muscle was screaming 'enough!!'

10/13 - 138.4 - walked for about 20mins (around the shops). I WILL do a proper walk tomorrow.

Does it happen after you add an emoji? If it's not one of MPF's it tends to cut the post off at that point.

-> -> Went out for some air regardless of it being a klutzy bad day. Didn't over eat, nor eat my emotions away.

-> -> Forgot to weigh myself this morning, did so after eating breakfast, so not my actual weight. Didn't over eat, pretty sure I under ate, didn't have much energy today.
10/12: 224.6lbs
-> -> another day of under eating, maybe I caught something.. have no hunger, feeling queasy.

-> -> busy day today, running around town, made sure to eat. Bloated & swollen, in pain but moved around a lot anyways.

10/12: 169.5 squeee! (What'll happen tomorrow? Oh, the suspense.)
When I got home my BF left me a big serving of pasta. He makes the sauce, doesn't put sugar or salt in it but he glugs in the olive oil with abandon, bless his Italian mama. I added veggies but should have eaten a bit less. I'm under calories for the day, not enough protein, lots of carbs and fat. Fine on water, no added sugar, just light walking for exercise today.

@40lbslighter - Great job on the no eating any candy. I've unfortunately had a little but won't/can't buy what I'm giving out until the day of. One year my husband and I ate several bags of it beforehand and then had to buy more!! And I would love to be smallerin2018!!! ;-)

Seventh round with this glorious group of supportive peeps!

Been doing amazingly well. Taking note of daily fluctuations and watching the 10-day averages consistently decrease has really helped! (Decreases I might have otherwise missed by weighing weekly or irregularly.)

My recommendations for newbies: Keep your focus on the average over the 10 days. Don't let the daily fluctuations get you down. Instead, notice that everyone's weights go up and down and it can take a few days to see the results of good/bad behavior. Stay the course, gain from other's experiences, and ask for support when you need it!

Round 19 (Round 6 for me)

Hello everyone! This is the perfect round for me as it ends on a very important goal day for me!!!! Round 5 was a bust (travelling, TOM, unreliable scale etc.) so I'm not putting in the specs here. I will not know my real weight until I arrive home on the 15th. But I'm gonna try my darnedest to be really good until then!!!

10/10 - 305.4 Doing a Walk Away the Pounds dvd today after work. My new mantra...”I Can Do 10 Days”

10/11 - 305 Day was great until pool league. Couple drinks and an appy. Still went down though.

10/12 - 303.6 Considering it was a friends Bday yesterday I’m very happy with this number. Even though I splurged at night my day was eight on track and I saved some calories for dinner time.

10/13 - 303.2 Small victory today but a victory just the same. Time for the weekend and will have to be very aware of what I eat.

/I was so happy with my end result from the last round. Even though this is an uptick, I hope to see the downward trend soon! Drank 64oz (including 12oz coffee...). Stayed within calories. Didn't go to the gym today.
10/11: 153.0

/Not liking this upward trend. I'm doing everything right, so I am going to assume it's not actual weight gain. Ate within calories, drank 64+ oz of fluids, walked over 13,000 steps. Did not get to the gym. And will not be able to go tomorrow as I have to work late. The next two days are when calories might be harder to control (work provides food on late nights and I have Friday evening plans with drinking and eating). Fingers crossed for a drop tomorrow!
10/12: 153.0

/Ahhh, still no dip. Managed to eat within calories today. Did not get in 64 oz of fluids and no gym. I've felt really bloated lately.
10/13: 152.0

/Weighed myself three different times today and got 152.6, 152 and 151.4. Recording the middle ground here. I think I'll have an uptick again tomorrow due to food choices today...three glasses of wine, half a burger and sweet potatoes fries and half a chicken and rice dish at an Ethiopian restaurant. Did not get in 64oz of fluids or go to the gym. Walked 10,000+ steps. Totally guesstimated the restaurant calories, so may be 150 over calories or more...

09/10 - 198.2 - I had a rough R18, my weight went up, I am still waiting on a physio appointment (which is likely to be next year) and I am in a lot of pain almost constantly, exercising is very difficult for me at the moment, walking and upper body strength / stretch is all I can manage, this 10 days I am cutting a further 200 calories from my daily goal to compensate for the lack of movement.

10/10- 152.68 Seeing this number again today is depressing. My 7 day chart is an upward trend and honestly there is no reason. I weigh and chart everything I eat and am always under calories. Just sucks. Got a mile in yesterday and am hoping to get another in today.
10/11- 152.24 I've been in bed most of the day. Think we are on round 2 of being sick. DS already started last night with a horrible hacking cough and I'm exhausted and achy. We almost had takeout for dinner, but I sucked it up and made dinner instead.

Day 2 of no exercise. Determined tomorrow to get at least a mile in.
10/12- 151.8 Woke up feeling awful today. Keeping hydrated and trying to rest between coughing fits.
10/13-152.02 Not overly concerning myself with calories. Over by 24. Feeling horrible.
10/14-153.34 I've been eating a lot of soup/broth, so this might be due to sodium. Not worried as it is not my normal diet. I'm in bed, running fever.
