    @ACJones82 WEll done!!!
    @katharmonic Good job on getting the SPAM run in!
    @ddmom0811 See it rained just so that you could do your SPAM run. :) Well done! Also, Rainbows are Awesome
    @RunsOnEspresso Congrats on the SPAM run! Hawaiian shorts, love it!
    @MobyCarp, yeah, you need work on your selfie game!
    @Sarahthes OUCH!!!
    @_nikkiwolf_ Way to kill the SPAM!!!
    @kgirlhart Yay for SPAM PR!
    @girlinahat MOOO!!!
    @garygse I need to try a bubble run sometime. Is it tearless soap?
    @MNLittleFinn Driving 3 hours round trip is not horrible. I thought you said each way the first time I read that. That would be beyond my limit.

    @JessicaMcB YAY!!! Great job!!!
    @bymypen Welcome!

    Not getting my SPAM run in today, to bogged down with one of my jobs, will have to be tomorrow. Tomorrow was hoping for a long run, so I will just have to stake out 5k in the middle someplace for Steve...

    Omg @cburke8909, way to plow through. Dang Hartford. I'd write a letter. (That sound white? From "White Chicks", have a bf?) Idk why that popped into my head.

    Have some pie killer. :wink:

    @cburke8909 Congrats on an awesome race and getting through it in one piece, and thank you for the fantastic race report. Sorry to hear that Hartford wasn't the best experience for you, but you did it and have absolutely every reason to be immensely proud of your incredible achievement! Now rest up...you've more than earned it.

    @JessicaMcB Congrats on an awesome run! Can't wait to read the full race report!

    @Elise4270 Yeah, we've decided we're never doing it again; the bubbles were fun, and the kids loved it, but the organizers were completely terrible.

    @PastorVincent The bubbles used a no-tear formula. My six year old absolutely hates getting anything in his eyes, and he was just fine until the very end when one of the foam cannons hit him directly in the face.

    @bymypen No such thing as being late; welcome to the group!

    Hello everyone! So many exciting posts today and I finally was able to read them all :)

    @ACJones82 Congrats on 4 half-marathons! That’s so awesome, way to go!
    @Katharmonic, @ddmom0811, @RunsOnEspresso, @Elise4270, @kgirlhart, @girlinahat – awesome pictures of your Hawaiians love SPAM race! Well done ladies
    @PastorVincent that’s a really cool looking medal, which is especially surprising since it was for a 5k race. I don’t think I’ve ran a 5k yet where they gave out medals.
    @cburke8909 Congratulations!!! That’s a great time, what an achievement. I wish you a fun celebration followed by a nice and easy recovery period.
    @OSUBuckeye906 Best of luck tomorrow! We will be here waiting for your race report.
    @MobyCarp nice race report, I love the dogs in your pictures.
    @garygse your boy is so cute with all those bubbles. I bet he had a great time!
    @JessicaMcB Congrats on your awesome ultra! What a fantastic run! You go super-woman

    Short walk today. Was talking to a neighbor that used to run marathons, his advice "don't run everyday".

    10/12 - 4.01 miles - went for a bike ride also for about a half hour and then for a faster run - at least for me - trying to get back down in the 9 minute mile range - hit 9 and 1/2 minute today
