A gain this week, but it is my own laziness that caused it. I didn't log very well four several days, didn't exercise nearly enough and ate too much junk.
This week I will be back on track with logging, water consumption, and exercise. Only 2 weeks till our Halloween and Birthday cruise and I cannot gain an inch or that new black dress will not fit.

I'm not happy at all
I did it to my self. I didn't Exercised, No diet, No Walking, No Swimming....
This week and week before were very bad.
I got Cocky for losing 20+ lbs. And I took things for granted. & Now I've got tight slapped by reality. It sure showed me my place. & I'm Happy this happened sooner than later. Because Now I will never Behave as I've behaved in this past 2-4 weeks.
I pledge I will be true to my Cause & I will work harder to Achieve all my Goals & I will never take things for Granted.

Alright, it has been 19 weeks since I've posted. I have no excuse. The summer got away from me, and so did 8 lbs of progress. More depressing than gaining 8 lbs, is the fact that I lost tons of muscle and the discipline to stay on routine. So, today Monday October 16, 2017 I'm re-committing to this goal. I know it's not realistic to think I'm going to lose 30 lbs in the next 10 weeks, but it is realistic to commit to sticking to my plan for the rest of the year.
This week's goal: Complete my 21 Day Fix work out every day. Stick to on plan foods. Drink more water.
This week's Successes: Just putting myself back out there and recommitting.

Until I came to check in here I did not realize that I weighed the same this week as last week. I'm OK with this. First it is not a gain and second I had a weight this week of 189 something which I am so excited about that a little bounce back up does not bother me.
This weeks challenges:
Another quiet week planned.
Expecting my first grandchild any literally minute.
Have my high school teams last regular bowling match of the year this week. District competition next week and state the week after that. (We shoudl go to state.)
Taking care of a very ill kitten.
Goals for the week- Stay in green on calories

- 10K steps a day
- Bed by midnight

Join as a competitive or non-competitive participant in one of our four illustrious houses and help bring glory to your house by helping to win the House and Quidditch Cups! This week's successes: Stayed below 199! Minor blip up, +.6. I have learned to accept minor gains as part of my pattern. When I know I haven’t binged I just review my eating and make sure I am on the continuing path to losing in the end.
Next weeks challenge: Get back to losing and moving towards my Goal BMI Overweight NOT Obese.6 -

This week's challenges: I'm dealing with a shoulder/arm injury. It's interfering with my sleep. Also I have a birthday lunch for a friend later in the week.
First weigh-in for this challenge. Based goal weight on 2 lbs a week. I usually lose pretty good at first. But I'm getting older and out doesn't come off they way out used too. LOL2 -
