I was so pleased to see this support group still here . Was absolutely lost without mfp support. My computer crashed on 7/25. Sony tech came today replaced the d/c adaptor and my computer just started working. Hopefully it will keep working. Will log exercise minutes later.0

Welcome back Littlemount. Sorry about your computer. It's terrible when they break down. Bhurley, it sounds like you are really busy - hang in there. Right now I have plenty of time to train but in two weeks I'll be back to work (teacher) and I think I'll be fortunate to get in my time then. I've been working on moving to early morning workouts so I can get my time in when school begins but it is such a challenge to get warmed up early - more pain than gain I think.

My opinion walk at a brisk pace, dance or do elliptical for 45 minutes everyday and follow the dash diet,low salt and slowly but surely ur blood pressurewill come down try check for the month of August.0 -
