    Bench 250 lbs
    Squat 325
    Dead 340

These are all in the past couple weeks.
    I'm 5'11", 175 lbs and 51 years old...
Just for context, my all time best bench was only 260 and that was 24 years ago.
I'm hoping to actually beat that by the end of the year.

    Seven thirty eight bench?!? Wow!
I have always thought a "big three" total of a thousand pounds would be amazing but you're rocking over 2500!
    That's a very small club.

And... since the world "raw" bench press record is 738.5, and was 738.0 until a few months ago this claim is dubious unless you happen to actually be Karil Sarchiev (probably spelled wrong) .

Ya gotta work around things, joint pain, injuries, takes longer to heal now. I don't go max heavy as often.

Gonna compete in Denver, NC next March, 2018 (USAPL). Don't think that my numbers will be like Z_I_L_L_A's, but will be better than they are now. Hoping to add 20% to my posted numbers (at least). More interested in the experience and going 9 for 9 my first time.....but, I am one competitive mother. We will see.

And, yes - 50 (won't be 51 until about five weeks after the event) so will be competing in the Masters + (and not with | against those young bucks).

I haven't started doing paused reps yet. Probably wait til Dec. or January. I squeeze the bar so hard I don't feel whether it's too heavy or not, lol. My TNG isn't that much different than the paused amount.

I squeeze the <kitten> out of the bar, too. For dead lifts this is one of my issues (grip strength), which is why I started playing with the over | under grip. At this point in the program (Week 1 is completed) I am doing weights that I can literally do one-handed, but going (A) to trust the program and (B) stick with the mixed grip through out the program. Will see in about five or six weeks when the weight starts to get up there again....still, squeeze the <kitten> out of the bar on all lifts. That has never been a problem!
