Best 3 lifts?

I don't understand how as a relatively strong female, I can't bench more than 110-115 lbs. Everyone here who has squat and deadlift numbers close to mine can bench more than that.0

Yeah, I'm still in the weak AF beginner stage. Ah well, just gotta keep at it.
You're not weak dude, never say that first of all, you could work on your bench, but for your weight the bench is still impressive. You have awesome lower body and core strength though, my bench is 240 lbs but I can barely squat or deadlift for crap. I'd rather be in your position than mine lol.1 -
Deadlift: 425
Squat:225
Bench:225
I've never attempted more than 225 for my bench or squat, I just rep for 10 and 8. When I started taking my health seriously again I set those numbers as goals and when I hit them I never had a 'what's next' moment so I stayed put.
I'm feeling better than I ever have and starting to like the results in the mirror so I'm happy to stay at those numbers if things continue.1 -

Personally mines:
170kg squat
210kg deadlift
120kg bench (4 reps, not tested 1rm)
I started 3 months ago and my 5x5 is almost exactly half of your 1rm in all 3 lifts
80kg squat 5x5
100kg deadlift 1x5
60kg bench 5x50 -
I don't test my 1rm, but I did a 4x6 routine after being sick this week. Squat 135(up to 145 5x5 when not sick/deloading), bench 90(usually 95-100), ohp 60-65, deads and hip thrusts 155. I alternate rows(85?) with flys or pullups. 5'3.5" 111-112 this week.(Down from 116 this summer when my lifts were higher).1

New Updates:
Squat: 235 lbs.
Bench: 115 lbs
Deadlift: 286.6 lbs.
58 YO, 142 lbs.5 -
43 years old, 170lbs, female.
Here are my one rep maxes, tested just last week, squats are what I have been doing previous to injury. Still working on the squats (old pb was 110kg/242lbs)...I do not compete...
Squats - 100 kg (220 lbs)
Bench Press - 62.5 kg (137.5 lbs)
Barbell Row - 72.5 kg (159.5 lbs)
Overhead Press - 42.5 kg (93.5 lbs)
Deadlifts - 125 kg (275 lbs)1 -
33/m/163
Deadlift: 330
Squat: 245
Strict Press: 130
Bench: 165
Front Squat: 225
Clean: 165
Clean and Jerk: 155
Snatch: 135
Overhead Squat: 145
All these were made recently at the end of a 35 pound cut, so hopefully they'll go up as I push through a recomp. Especially that Bench and Strict Press.0 -
19 y/o, 118 lb female
The last I checked my 1RM were:
Squats 195 lb
Bench 100 lb
Deadlift 135 lb
Front Squat 135 lb
Cleans 75 lb
Snatch 75 lb
I haven't tested in a year, so they're probably different now. Plus that was without training cleans, front squat, and snatch so now that I'm training them, they're probably higher. Gonna test new maxes after this cycle.1 -

Those are crazy good numbers for any woman never mind a 58 year old. I know female athletes in their 20s who can't match those numbers.0 -
I don't test my 1RM for another 3 weeks, but here is what I currently do for 6 reps, at 3 sets; and for fun, I did a 1RM calculator). I am 178lbs.
DL/Squat - 235lbs (Est 1RM 275)
Bench - 155lb (Est 1RM 185)
Following: Bigger Leaner Stronger. I am in week 5. With very little/inconsistent heavy lifting prior. I did 4 weeks of 5/3/1 until lift got in the way.
After 7 weeks of Bigger Leaner Stronger my new 1RMs are...
DL- 300
Squat - 285
Bench - 195
OHP - 145 (only up from 135).
So after all the drama, it turns out my 1RM is higher than estimated.... go figure.
Another update. I haven't tested my 1RM in a long time, but here are my below amounts for reps (4 sets of 5 reps)
DL - 305
Squat - 265
Bench -205
OHP -135
So for the most part, I took my 1RM and now do sets of them. Unfortunately, I recently had to stop lifting to be home with my wife during her 3rd trimester..But it's ok. Come January, I am starting PHAT.0 -
^^^^^^^^ Congrats on the baby to be. Awesome times. Recovery from training (read: sleep) might just suffer a bit!
And, cool that you are doing P.H.A.T. When I get to the Intermediate status I am so gonna do that. I love most things from Dr. Norton (even his attitude...well, sometimes not!).0 -

New Update again lol
Squat: 235 lbs.
Bench: 115 lbs
Deadlift: 297.6 lbs.
58 YO, 56.65 kg/144 lbs.
Just got back from USAPL Raw Nationals and got an 11 lb. deadlift PR. I was going to try to hit 303 lbs., however, the 286.6 lbs. felt a little heavier than Regionals in August and I wanted to complete my 3rd lift, so I went with the 297.66 -
27/F/140lbs
Squat: 80kg
Deadlift: 110kg
Bench (Don't train this, as really struggle with shoulder mobility, but play about with it sometimes): 40kg0 -
Well, I will chime in....
50/M/208lbs
Bench - 270lbs
Squat - 305lbs
Deadlift - 325lbs
Really need to step my game up. Have never really followed a program and have been squatting and dead lifting for almost a year now (with two longer periods of inactivity inside of that year).
Once I get back in the gym I am going to follow Strong Lifts 5x5 for some time and then move to Madcow for some time. And then move from that to PHAT (that is the plan, anyway). Hoping that these numbers shoot way up. Have not done bench with any consistency in the last year.0 -
@PowerliftingMom - I was looking at USAPL last night and am thinking about joining and competing. If you do not mind, might I PM you and ask you some questions about this federation? If you prefer not, all good. I will post a question regarding it. I do know that there is a section for each state (the one for North Carolina is in Denver, NC....which is down by Charlotte)0

Bench 250 lbs
Squat 325
Dead 340
These are all in the past couple weeks.
I'm 5'11", 175 lbs and 51 years old...
Just for context, my all time best bench was only 260 and that was 24 years ago.
I'm hoping to actually beat that by the end of the year.1 -
My best at USAPL meet at age 48.
Squat 419
Bench 303
Deads 480
Next March #'s should be much better as I left alot of weight on platform compared to my gym training numbers because of health issues.

And... since the world "raw" bench press record is 738.5, and was 738.0 until a few months ago this claim is dubious unless you happen to actually be Karil Sarchiev (probably spelled wrong) .1
