    I'm SOoo bummed I just saw this today. So I am in for 3.5 minutes for the remainder of the month (30 second planks each day until the 31st). I will be happy if I beat my goal. Last time I did a plank, I could barely hold it for 20 consecutive seconds.

    So glad you are addicted and going to keep these going no matter what. I'm still sticking around watching the thread waiting to get my MOJO back. I'll get it one of these days!!

I didn't manage any of my mini-goals (3 minute full plank, 1 minute side plank (only missed by 15 seconds) at least 1 minute per day but only missed 3 days through the month) but I did manage the larger challenge, with not a day or a minute to spare.

    The multiple-of-3 sessions are 60 sec full plank, 30 sec side plank (each side), 60 sec full plank. The single minutes are just full plank. I haven't managed the 5 minute variation yet...

    I couldn't do the 5 minute variation. It's still on my wish list, though. *This was two power sessions of 90 second full plank, 45 seconds extended side plank per side, followed by another minute full plank. My ribs hurt for a day, but no regrets. **This was two easy 2 minute sessions of mixed full and side. And got me to the hour's worth of plank - all finished!!!!
