08/10 189.4 I had a cheat day the day (State Fair!) before this weigh-in. My lowest before that was 188
08/17 - 187.4
08/24 - 186.4 - lowest for this week was 184.6!
08/31 - 185.6 - I'm probably retaining some water because I haven't drank nearly as much water as I should. This week I'll get back on track!
09/07 - 184 - next week I hope to be under 183!
09/14 - 183.4 - Close but hopefully next week will be a little better. Either way, it's a loss so I'll take it!
09/21 - 184.5. - I have to get back on track..been getting too lenient with my eating.
09/28 - 182.8 - Yay!!!
10/05 - 180.6 - I'm so happy to see a big loss this week!!

10/26 - 181.2 I didn't record here for the last couple weeks because I was on vacation the first part of the month and that threw me off track for a few weeks! My highest was 187 just a couple days ago. Water weight is coming off like crazy now that I'm eating healthier and drinking more water.

11/03 - one day off (was 180.2 yesterday) 180 - I'm adjusting my goal weight by Christmas to somewhere in the 160s. No way I'm getting to 150 by then.
