    Iv had a 1200kcal deficit each day for the past week then last night I ate 3 chocolate bars a bag of chips and 6 pints of cider. I feel guilty now

    IC that the brief hour every few weeks I get to put my headphones on, kick back, and listen to music really makes me wish I was still a musician. I miss those carefree days. The days where I still had the confidence to get on stage behind a drum set and smash it until something broke. The days where my only worries were where my next pair of sticks were coming from. The thrill of bleeding knuckles, black eyes, warm draught, and women rushing the stage.... now nothing more than a happy memory of my youth.

    Everyone I know fixes it with grapes, I think it's better without. Chic Fil A had some of the best chicken salad.
