11/9: 215.4 - I need to set better goals for these rounds. But I also feel like I always fluctuate a lot in the space of ten days, so maybe I won't.
11/10: 213.8 - Crazy drop! Don't expect that it will last.
11/11: No weigh in today - was out with a girlfriend last night and crashed at her place.
11/12: 218.0 - I expected as much. Too much alcohol and TOM on the way. Chugging water hoping it will go down some for my official weigh in tomorrow.
11/13: 216.8 - Getting back down. I think I should definitely get below my goal for this round.
11/14: 215.0 - Back below where I started this round. TOM started today so I expect some more water weight will let go. No time for exercise these days, but still losing with CICO, so I'm doing OK.

Yay! Another round!! Thank you so much for keeping this going @cyranda63!

At first I was unsure how I would feel about recording my weight every day. Turns out, I am actually less affected by the fluctuations than I thought I would be. I learned that results of good (and bad) behavior can take several days to see, and focusing on the averages from round to round is very rewarding!

I weigh first thing in the morning when I get up. My scale only has 1/2# increments, and I'm too cheap to buy a fancier scale. Comments reflect prior day.

10/20/17: Oooh, I like this thread! I've been weighing myself daily since April, keeping track in MFP Food Notes, and logging my "official" weigh-ins on Saturdays. I've been amazed at how much my weight can fluctuate from day to day, depending on eating out or processed foods, adult beverages, net calories green or red, etc. Daily weigh-ins really help me see cause and effect with high sodium, too much sugar, etc. I don't get freaked now by a jump on the scale, since I know what I did to cause it, and what I can do to change it.

11/02: 164.0 Dog-walk day plus active evening: two loads of laundry, made large couscous salad, cooked triple batch cream of leek soup & baked lemon zucchini cake. Fitbit 16,109 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 42 floors; 13c water.
11/03: 165.0 Expected. Net calories red plus non-dog walk day plus shortened workday (fewer stairs breaks) plus inactive evening (busy-ness & stress of past 3 days took its toll). Fitbit 8,110 steps, 250+ steps 10/14 hours & 20 floors. 12c water.
11/04: 163.0 Wow, unexpected. Of course, net calories green, dog walk day & kept busy around the house after work. Fitbit 16,188 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 hours (boom) & 49 floors (plenty of stairs breaks at work plus home); 12c water.
11/05: 164.5 Pizza for supper, net calories red & 12c water. Walked dog 3.58 miles. Fitbit 16,837 steps, 250+ steps 9/14 hours, and 28 floors.
11/06: 166.0 Ack! Can you say sodium? Not great eating all day but active. Then caved when hubby got out tortilla chips & salsa con queso in the evening. Usually I ignore his snacking, but he was sitting next to me on the couch. I will have to forbid snacking next to me in future. Net calories red > 500 and sodium > 4,600mg oh my! 10c water and Fitbit 15,573 steps, 250+ steps 9/14 hours & 20 floors. Will be drinking lots of water today.
11/07: 164.0 Better. Net calories red 12, sodium green & 15c water. Fitbit 14,887 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 hours (boom) & 41 floors.
11/08: 164.0 Non-dog walk day, net calories red 319 & 12c water. Fitbit 7,056 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 28 floors. On to the next round!

11/09: 163.5 Active day, including dog walk 3.09 miles. Fitbit 16,212 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 46 floors. 10c water.

11/11: 164.5 That's what happens after net calories -362 and super high sodium (smoked salmon & crackers w/ hubby). Walked dog 3.86 miles & yardwork prepping for winter. Fitbit 16,147 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours (day at home) & 35 floors. 14c water, need to keep that up today.

I completed my first round for round 22 and was very happy with my progress. My SW for Round 21 was 121.8 and EW was 119.6. My goal for this round is to get to 118.5. (I'm 5'1, my goal weight is around 115). This would bring me to 30 lbs down from my highest.

11/9: 120.4-

11/11: 120.4- Surprised by my TOM today, which makes the last few days make a little bit more sense. But then I completed my first ever 5K! 6 months ago when I could barely run for 3 minutes straight, i didn't think this was possible. So good day!
11/12: 121.0- Had a lot of sodium yesterday, which I think accounts for this increase. I still have 6 days left in this challenge and I'm going to use them well!
11/13: 120.0- There we go! I'm going to commit to not eat any late night snack tonight because I really want to be under 120 tomorrow.

Disappointed because it's higher than yesterday, but looking at the loss from the beginning of the last round makes me realize I'm still making progress. I get impatient, have to remember this is a slow journey. Didn't feel great today, headachy and tired. Fine day for calories, water.

Had a day off for the Veteran's Day holiday, it was nice. Went out to eat but stayed in my calories, bought an outfit for a dinner party that's a few week away, size 14s I tried on were too big.

(Wound up getting something size "L" so no big victory size story.) Good on water, got some exercise.
11/11: 164.0
OK, so this seems to be my current loop. I was on my feet a lot today for a work event. Not too strenuous, just a lot of standing. A perfectly beautiful day to be outside. Ate at my goal calories, lots of veggies, good on protein. I'll get to my water goal by bedtime.
11/12: 162.0
I expect to be up tomorrow, I went out for a nice dinner that I could tell had a lot of sodium and I'm low on water for the day. I ate dinner out four times in the last week but stayed in my calories each time.
11/13: 162.5
Not too bad, considering last night's dinner. I did almost everything right today, really trying for a bump down tomorrow. I first saw 162 a week ago today and I've pinged it a few times now. Would love to see 161, that'll be 40lbs from my heaviest ever. I usually don't set goals for these 10-day challenges but that's my new goal for this round - a solid 161 and a milestone.

11/14: 161.0
Woot! 40 lbs down from my highest, which was in summer of 2012. Honestly, I was probably up to closer to 210 before I started losing, but I wasn't weighing so that's the highest I ever saw. I lost 30, then gained back and was up to 201 again by the spring of 2015. Going to keep going this time. My next mini goal is 159, which at my height is a "normal" BMI. I don't expect it this round, I'm sure I'll be up and down as usual.

11/9- 150.26 Well that is a depressing way to start off this round. No time to dwell though, so I'll just keep chugging along and hope tomorrow is better.
11/10-150.7 Even more weight gain. So frustrating. Hopefully this doesn't become a trend.
11/11-149.6 So thankful to see the weight going back down. Hoping to fit in a walk today.
11/12---Was running late today so no weight. Managed 3.5 miles yesterday, but went out for drinks last night. Hoping tomorrow's weight isn't too cringe worthy. lol
11/13- 148.06 Checked the scale more than once to verify I wasn't seeing things. I am guessing this might go back up a bit since it was such a big drop. Managed 1.5 miles today, but still went over on calories by about 100.
11/14- 148.06 Two days in a row at this weight. Can't believe it. I truly thought yesterday was a mistake. I am down 15 lbs. since I started. I would love to make it to 20 by Christmas.

Usually there's one or two social events that I can manage and lose weight but with the holidays, it is jam packed!

Well, I had a bad week of maintaining goals because of an auto accident. In addition, my pelvic girdle pain is becoming more constant, I’m scaling back almost entirely on walks and starting in the pool this week.

11/9 159.5 surprised myself with great macros & nutrients. Added organic pomegranate juice to my water, some flavour & vitamins. Sore pelvis from a little activity- went pretty much straight to bed after a short mall excursion. Sigh.
11/10 160.7 So tired. Went out to socialize. Toning exercise? Ha.

11/12 162.4 can’t handle full meals anymore. Trying to eat more often, but remembering to snack instead of nap is hard work.

11/14 158.3 added more sugar to the diet and iron pills, energy had levelled up again. The weight seems almost like my scale is a jokester- my body composition has definitely changed.

08/11 - 195.8 - nursing sore muscles today - which could be the reason for my raise in weight this morning, hopefully it will drop off again this round! went to bed early tonight (about 8pm ) my pain meds for my back are making me sleepy so I decided to just sleep instead of fighting it .. due to that ---

cals in - 1128 & exercise was - 39 mins of strength and 6 mins flex.

09/11 - 194.8 - yay! Happy I seem to be settling around these lower numbers (beats the 197 I was stuck at for 5 rounds)

cals in 1651 - Exercise 10 min strength 10 min flex, 50 min walk, 70 min various cardio.

10/11 - 195.2 - still have sore thighs but they are easing off now, I'm hoping the scales will reflect this in the next few days

cals in 1614 (293 were alcohol) - Exercise 48 min strength 20 min flex, 50 min walk

11/11 - 195.2 - High cal day today, but tomorrow will bring me back to my weekly average.

11/10 - 63.6kg (-0.3kg) - This is not a drill people! The loss is real. I'm still tossing up where to reset my mini-goal to as I am away for a conference at the end of the challenge. Hmmmmm. Getting a big walk in today and sticking to gin and sodas tonight at the pub.
11/11 - 63.9kg (+0.3kg) - Well I didn't get that walk OR stick to gin and sodas at the pub. Oops. Weekend weight gain totally expected. More to come tomorrow.
11/12 - 64.2kg (+0.3kg) - I'm super happy that my usual weekend heavier weight is actually lower than my lowest weight last round! Had friends around to watch multiple games of football yesterday and ate all the food and drank all the beer. Back on the wagon today with a walk and IF.
11/13 - 64.4kg (+0.2kg) - I am starting at a new yoga studio tonight too which I am looking forward to! Also looking forward to losing my weekend water weight haha. Making plans today for managing my intake while I'm away at this conference later in the week.
11/14 - 63.7kg (-0.7kg) - Yaaaaaay! I finally feel like the plan is working for the first time in years. It's tough, like really tough, but I have faith in the science and it's paying off! I really feel like my body is bouncing back from minor weekend indulgences a lot better

Today I am focusing on water intake as I have been feeling a bit under the weather. Going to prep some stuff to take away to this conference with me too. BYO crudites haha.
11/15 - 63.3kg (-0.4kg) - Ooo that's a nice follow up from yesterday! It's my lowest weight this round and in the last decade! Also only 100g away from my revised mini-goal. Maybe I'll rethink my Chinatown dinner plans hmmm. Looking forward to getting back to my scale Saturday morning!
