how are you liking the keto?
Oh my gosh I love it so much. Easiest "diet" I have ever done, I feel like I can stick with it for life. It also helped my chronic migraines and random stomach pains

Of all the fast food cravings I get, Taco Bell is what grabs me the most. That's weird because I was such a McDonalds' girl before, but daaaaang a Taco Bell burrito supreme calls to me...
omg taxo bell chicken chalup or taco bell mexican pizza gets me everytime0 -
Hubby and son are at a scout outing all night tonight, so I'm on my own for dinner. I have about 900 calories to spare for dinner or dinner/dessert. Any suggestions? How would you fill that up?1

If I didn't have an 8 mile long run tomorrow morning, I might consider a Taco Bell bender tonight. I'm not sure what might happen on the trail tomorrow morning!2 -

FLX wine: quite delicious. Weather was better than forecast, we actually got one gorgeous sunset over the lake, Watkins Glen State Park is stunning, and we met nice strangers who shared their cheese! I actually had no ice cream and consumed considerably less cheese than I'd hoped BUT I did eat some great food, including a chocolate-coffee creme brulee and a "loaded tots" breakfast at a SUPERTINY/SUPERCUTE family-run diner, griddled up to order just across the counter from my stool.
For the record, loaded tots is: tater tots, 2 strips chopped bacon, 1 slice chopped ham, 2 eggs (over easy in my case), Hollandaise sauce, and cheddar cheese, layered up and presented for your dining pleasure. It was incredible. I've been jonesing for tots for a few months now and this really hit the spot.3 -

I actually went with Taco Bell. Two hard shell tacos and a burrito supreme, and was fine on the long run.6 -
Who else is so ready for it to be Thankgiving????3

I'm British, I have to wait for Christ and I am SO ready.*
*This isn't entirely not ridiculous because I have a Canadian friend and she does Thanksgiving for friends. Which I attended so I did get a bit of a blow out day.3 -
I've eaten and have almost 1000 cals left (was active and ran 5K today). So not sure if I want cake and ice cream (only cake I have is the wife GF cake) or nachos.
Decisions decisions.2 -

I have Thanksgiving with extended family Saturday (soups, salads, and desserts), Thanksgiving potluck at work Monday, and real Thanksgiving at home (going to be so good!) Thursday. My week is *kitten*2

WTF is up with threads about Zoodles?

When I type this it will become real.....Talk about accountability.
For dinner last night I had fish and chips, a burger, fries, and chicken wings. That was on top of a healthy breakfast and lunch for a whopping total of ~6,000 calories for the day.
I realized the reason I was so hungry is because a) I hadn't been eating enough of my calories back from exercise and b) hormones. Although I went way over my daily, I am still about 4,000 under for the week.
I feel pretty bloated today...but hooray....I am not craving crappy food today and I actually weighed less today than I did yesterday. Go figure!!6 -
Last night: Taco supreme and cinnamon twists from taco bell. SO GOOD and under 500 calories.6

Yellow butter cake with chocolate buttercream frosting tonight for hubby's birthday. His pick.5

Well that's just great!2 -
i have friendsgiving on sunday usually about 20 people and everyone brings something. i bring broccoli casserole (it's basically just broccoli onions and velveeta topped with cornflakes - don't knock it until you've tried it). and then for thanksgiving i'm making the brussel sprouts roasted with sriracha aioli and the pumpkin cheesecake (my specialty - but i don't eat it).
thanksgiving is only 15 people this year and i fill up on appetizers and booze every year because we have baked brie en croute with apricots, latkes topped with sour cream and caviar (a tradition since thanksgivikuh a few years ago), smoked salmon and fennel goat cheese on toasts and clam dip for the first course. mashed potatoes don't stand a chance against that line up.5 -

I loved zoodles and chef boyardi ravioli as a kid. Would still pig out on them if they didn't give me heartburn. I'm a real bad sugar junkie so would like friends who understand and aren't judgmental. In the last 3 days I've pigged out on chocolate covered jujubes, hot fudge sauce and ferrero rocher. So good.0
