Long hair vs. Short hair

I cut all my hair off 4 yrs to grow out hair color and go back to all naturale. I have been through pixie short to shorter and longer bobs, shoulder length and now down to the middle of my back. I can wear it wavy and bigger to super straight.
I think the shorter hair styles gave me a chubbier look in my face, definitely outline my neck line nicely. That said, but I have an oval face and my neck is longer and I thought longer hair would make my face even longer but it didn't. I think its more of feminine softer look for me now.. but again maybe its how I feel in it now.
Given you profile pic, I don’t think your face could look chubby?!
but 4 years ago in a land far and away.. lol
But shorter hair styles tend to accentuate our cheek bones and jawlines or make them appear fuller or not. Does not matter if you body size.
Yes understood. #thingsthisbaldguydoesntworryabout. Haha1 -

Also blonde doesn't suit me so im back to brown
Maybe it's just me. But, I think the one on the right is more due to angle and lighting/filter than just being a different style. I will say that it also shows off your eyes much more as well.1 -

You look very nice in both but yes your face looks chubbier with shorter hair.
Thank you, and you should see my hair pulled up. My face looks like...something round and chubby
I just think it is the camera angle, I take a lot of pics and I just feel in the short hair pic your face is a lot closer and different angle from the long hair pic.
Never center your face, place it in 1/3 of the pic, hold the camera slightly higher, go for more natural light, there are little tricks that you can do to dramatically change the outcome of a pic.
play with different angles and lighting in the same outfit, you will be amazed at the differences.1 -

Please... You've got a great jawline. Both pics of you are very nice.1 -
Sorry last time i had long hair was back in 1984 before the Army gave me my current haircut that I have kept until this day.

I am thirty pounds heavier now with my short hair and I don’t think my face is that much different. However I feel short hair doesn’t hide as much. It isn’t as much as a distraction to the eye to draw attention away from the face, if that makes sense.
I just can't take my eyes off of your Sponge Bob backpack.1 -

Yes, you are right. My hairstylist says the face will be the center of attention with a short haircut.
I would be afraid to have such short haircut like in your second photo but I think it suits you. Are you 30 pounds heavir in the second photo? Seems like your face didn't change.0 -

I'm not the same weight I was when my hair was very short or fairly long so it is hard to compare with photos.
I think my face looks rounder with shorter hair even at my thinest. If I pull my hair back my face looks rounder than if my hair is down. That is my face shape I guess.
I keep my hair about to the top of my shoulders these days.1 -

Look great in both but I'm wondering if Kace encouraged you to strategically place that backpack.1 -

Yes, Primarily a Flamenco Dancer, but did other Latin dance and Belly Dancing as well.1 -
I'm always back and forth and can never choose which way to keep it! I tend to go back to short when it grows out as its more cooperative and easier to manage.

I think the length of a woman's hair can have an impact on the size of her boobs. Maybe y'all could post before and after pictures to prove my theory5

What? Did I sleep-post again? Goshdoggit!1 -
I think the less hair you have the more focus there is to the face so yeah short hair would give a more "fuller looking face0
