We had a nice Thanksgiving. Spent time with family, and a bit of fishing time. Hopefully going fishing again today.
I over ate a little bit, but I didn't lose control. It will be challenging for the next 5 weeks or so, as the holidays are upon us. One day at a time...
I did see some 207 numbers, and then popped up again. That is my pattern. I'm good with it!
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes, and I'll evaluate at that time. Haven't been there since my early 20s.
Average from October 30-November 4th: 210.1
Average from November 5th - November 12th: 209.7
Average from November 12th - November 19th: 208.7 (YAY!)
Average from November 20th - November 26th: 208.2
Loss for November: 1.9 lbs.

I don't have a digital scale...so while my scale reads on the low side of 120, but not quite 119... I'm going to stick with 120 for today's weigh in. Looking forward to reaching goal next month which I may change to 115 to give myself an edge. Wishing you all success. Kind regards.

Same here. I've been going up and down on the scale; I overindulged during Thanksgiving weekend, so I decided to fast in order to reset my mind and body. I feel much better. I may not reach my 202.2 goal but as long as I can get back down to where I started, I'll be happy with that result.2 -
