    You may participate in any way you want but most of us find a way to copy and paste our same message with a new line each day. Many of us get on the scale every day but some are finding it better for them to record exercise or, in one case, body fat percentage. Though most are trying to lose weight, several are at maintenance and we have at least one pregnant lady who is working to gain at the right pace.

    The real motivator for many of us is not just to post daily but to read through the daily posts of others to cheer each other along and get even more motivation.

    So, go back to the top and read Cyranda's message and leap on in! Don't worry if you miss the first day or two. Folks can join any time.

    When I traveled a month or so ago, I gained 12 pounds in 12 days. Holy water retention, Batman! It's salt. Restaurant food is quite salty so you end up retaining a lot of water. It took about the same amount of time for the poundage to drop back off after I got home.

    11/29 - 101 - feeling bloody miserable

    Hope you feel better tomorrow. If you are sick, remember that many retain a bit of water when sick but don't get dehydrated. Water goes "WHOOSH" eventually.
