Avoiding IBS episodes. Every day without going into labor over poo babies is a day of success!9

I wrote some goals here recently, but now realistically speaking, just a new number on the scale by Christmas will make me happy already, even if it's just -1kg, it will still be a number I haven't seen in more than 8 years.9

Id like to be back under 110kg by Christmas, being lactose intolerant and my IBS and Diverticulitis makes the dieting side a bit hard at times4

To keep on losing about a pound a week as I have been so that the Christmas top that I bought last year and couldn't fit into will look just perfect! My mini goals are reachable, which makes them really good for me to make!4

Getting from the 140s into the 130s! (I'm close!) When I started I was 164 lbs! Woohoo!14

An old friend may be coming to visit in late January/early February. It will be a photo op for our whole friend circle from that period of my life that is invariably going to make the Facebook rounds because I've been living abroad for years and years now and nobody's seen me. If I can lose the 10 pounds needed to get me to the top of the normal BMI range by then I'll be thrilled.9

My immediate goal is to be able to wear all of my shirts that are in the next smaller size. I've found a few that fit well, but some of them are still tight. I'm holding off buying any new clothes because I'm close to getting back into my old wardrobe. I don't want to get clothes that will be too big in a few weeks/months.7

I'm aiming for the same thing! Was previously hoping for Onederland by the end of the year, but I'm 201.7 this morning, so will definitely hit that soon. 197 makes me overweight, no longer obese. Don't get me wrong, there will be huge celebrations at both of these milestones. Started at 225 in August. Good luck!6 -
Getting out of ALL my XL clothing! I haven't lived in numbers for a while, lol. I am in some larges..then after that mini gosl, go from larges to mediums!3

Well none of those happened. Not sure if it's a calibration thing or my weight is up some. Still the same goals sub 190 before husband. and going to add in one more for the next week. With the holiday and four days off (weekends are waaaay harder for me to do good calorically), I want to maintain for the next week. This morning the scale said 195.6, so next Tuesday I want to see that number or a smaller one.
woohoo!! add-on mini goal done. This morning I was 194.4, even with some really bad choices yesterday. still working towards the 189.x goal, but I've just been shuffling the same couple of pounds.5 -
I want to run 1 mile outside in the Spring. I have never been able to run very far at all. Starting week 2 of c25k tomorrow.9

My mini goal is to get to 24% body Fat which ACE classifies as "fitness" I was obese for so long I think it would feel fantastic to get there. Right now Im around 25.8% Taking it one day at a time!!7

Gonna love myself this December. I started November at 160.5, today it’s 155.8 and my mini goal is just not going to fret December.
I’m not going to go crazy or anything. Keeping up with the exercise, will eat at just about maintenance (tracking weekly to allow some treats in my short woman’s measly calorie allowance) and would be thrilled to end December under 155 but, not going to fret anything if I remain under 158.4 -

I have a vintage little black dress that is my absolute favourite, and that I'm dying to get back into. I've actually lost enough now that it's the only piece of clothing left in my closet (caveat: I have some other pieces in storage at my mom's place that are even smaller) that I have left to get back into. It's so close I can taste it, and I want to be in it so bad!
ETA: I think another 5 pounds will do the trick.
Meanwhile, I've also had to give away literally half the stuff that was in my closet at my heaviest. I've only bought a small number of new pieces—trying to pare down my closet in general, and also have had some of these older clothes lying around. So also an NSV.8 -

I just reached my first mini-goal: 299 pounds! It's been a long time since the number on the scale started with a 2, not a 3. That's 26 pounds down. Next mini-goal is 290.30

Run two miles without stopping at 5.5 speed on treadmill. That would be two consecutive 11 minute miles.6

With-in 2 pounds of reaching my 2nd 10% weight drop ... really pushing to get those 2 pounds gone before Christmas.
