    GW for R23 - 148 - Realistically just hoping for maintenance over the next 10 days. Fortunately I'll be eating lots of seafood and doing quite a bit of beach walking.
    Final GW - 140

    11/29 - 148 - staying within calories and tracking, but not getting any real exercise in these final days before we leave the country.
    11/30 - 148 - body seems to like this number...think I can live with that for now.

    First time doing this! I'm newly pregnant and need the accountability to not gain too much too quickly. My goal for this round is to stay at my starting weight.

    Round 24/1

    SW: 156.7

    11/29 - 156.7 Ate healthfully, even though most foods sound terrible right now. Was still able to get some greens and veggies in (which isn't always easy). At the end of the day I caved and ate ice cream and peppermint Jojos (from Trader Joe's). It sounded awesome, but I felt immediately sick afterward. It was a want, definitely not a need for my body--especially since I don't typically eat a lot of sugar. Did a 60 min. circuit workout at the gym. Excited for a new day tomorrow!
    11/30- 156.9 So far, so good. Packed lots of healthy snacks and ginger tea for work. Hoping that the nausea subsides a bit. Planning to go for a 3 mile run on my lunch break.

    @Tracie_Lord That DAILY change just points out how important it is to know your body’s pattern of bouncy, bouncy. Maybe this repeat signals a change coming.

    @AshEvelynn The first time I tried the elliptical I lasted less than 30 SECONDS and thought I would die! Tried it again about 6 years later and worked up to 30 minutes! I like it better than the treadmill. Now if I would just get back to doing it!!

    @consumone I do this on my phone and save Cyranda’s post in memo, update each morning, then copy and paste here. And each challenge is added at the top of the memo so I have a continuous record since I joined in June. I email the file to myself periodically because I once deleted it and had to search back to find everything!!

    1st Goal 150 in a livable way = It's. Not. A. Diet.
    2nd Goal 145 = normal BMI
    UGW Range 140 - 145

    I weigh first thing in the morning when I get up. My scale only has 1/2# increments, and I'm too cheap to buy a fancier scale. Comments reflect prior day. Previous round EW 162.0 LW 162.0

    My goal is to reach 10% body fat by year end... actually by 12/30 because that is when my Dexa is scheduled. I'm going to list weight and BF% based on my scale, which is going to fluctuate at times as diet changes. On some days - and I know when those are based on diet - it will be inaccurate.

    I avoid specific weight goals because that implies that an entire 10 days can be “ruined” for me by failing to reach it -- but durn it! This challenge I am going to see a 4 as the second digit come hell or high water! At least once in the next ten days I want a FOUR!

    Welcome to all of the Newbies - there are a bunch! And welcome back to all of the returnees!! YAY for sticking to your plan!

    I have been quite discouraged by feeling stuck the last few rounds and I considered quitting. Then, a couple of rounds ago, I figured out my average/round and discovered that I had gone down in almost EVERY round! So don’t give up! Hang in there. We are all here to support and stay accountable. Your posts don’t have to be lengthy - some of us do prattle on - if you choose to just enter your weight and move on, that’s okay. Reading each new post does take time but you might be inspired by what someone has to say.

    Hi all! New to this challenge, but not to MFP. I finally got in this one BEFORE the start of the round so going to give it my best shot. I normally weight only once a week (on Friday), but let's see how it goes with changing things up a bit. I'm determined to at least maintain during the holidays, but to lose would be A-MAZING!

    29/11 - 138.8 - it wavered on 139. I DO NOT want to be back at 139!!

    30/11 - 138.8 - still overeating! Tomorrow is a new month and do I will commit to healthier choices.
