Sounds and looks great! My mom used an old WW rececipe where you use bean sprouts in place of spaghetti noodles. The spagehetti sauce had lots of green peppers, onions, mushrooms, some black olives and a little lean hamburger. It was really good, too.0

I'm having trouble finding these where I live. I have already called 2 of the health food stores and they don't carry them. Is there anything that would be similiar to the noodles that I could substitute?0

i love the no calorie noodles i order mine from the link below. they have many diffentent styles from traditional to elbow mac. if you search the internet you can find lots of ideas on how to cook them. find what taste right for you. i have even bought the block style and made a lasana using fat free cheeses.

FYI- the noodles are good BUT be prepared for a "fishy" smell when you open the package. The smell will go away as you rinse the noodles thoroughly.0

@mommymeyersto
You are correct, of course! I happen to love fish so the smell is not objectionable to me. A good rinse and the smell is gone-- plus once it hits the frying pan it's REALLY gone.
Thanks for pointing this out!
