I have just discovered bean sprouts as a substitue for pasta. Have had it with broccoli slaw, rotisserie chicken and Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing. It's awesome and will definitely try your recipe. Sounds great!0

I've gotta bump this for later. I've taken a look at these noodles before but I guess I heard that they didn't taste real good and smelled real bad. I like the idea of frying them up, which I wouldn't have thought of. And I think this has good possibilities as far as trying different sauces. The pad thai idea is good. I might try a curry too.0

I use these noodles. Just a few things to note ---I can find them in most of the regular grocery stores in Connecticut in the produce area or sometimes the sour cream type area--- I use the angel hair stylebecause they have more the consistency of regular noodles. Be sure to rinse well first then dry very, very, very well with a regular towel because these noodles absorb alot of moisture which makes them chewy. The noodles are already cooked so all you have to do is heat them after drying them
Then heat in the microwave for 1 min. Add 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese----1 Tbs sour cream ----stir----heat 1 minute----salt & pepper. You can also add chicken and salsa if you want.0 -
Thank you for sharing. Can't wait to try.0
