I am new to this app, but not new to the struggle of weight loss. I have never thought upper 30s, 40s, & 50s as middle aged. But never the less here I am on the verge of 40 (even though it is some months off). Starting over and looking forward to all that comes. I welcome all friends and the exchange of ideas. Happy Friday/Saturday (depending on time zone) all!

Well, I am grading tomorrow morning. So I guess that qualifies as me-time!
Otherwise, nope. Or sneaking around here! Lol

    I won’t tell.... haha.

Grading can be some fun. I am swimming in competition on sunday. It’s all old people swimming races... good thing I am still so young (sarcasm).

    Haha! Thanks
Swimming is also good fun! You are only as old as the woman you feel - I hope you have a young one

I'm 47 and recently got serious about regular exercise and healthy eating so that I don't have to take medicine for high chloesterol. I'm happy to have new friends.

    A gentleman never tells
Haha! You would succeed, without a doubt! I don't swim fast and kicks don't work so well in water!

I could probably be coerced.... but would make you work for it. Ha!!!! All in fun....

MUCH more fun than playing statue or the silent game. And better than me just getting my *kitten* kicked by you!!

    Hello hello hello!

According to WHO (perhaps, I may be wrong) Middle age only starts at 65. We are all youth!

No. Don't leave. The youngsters sometimes need older ones for wisdom and guidance.
