    11/29 - 152.6 - better than I expected after Thanksgiving + leftovers
    11/30 - 152.6 - mostly good food choices but too much sodium yesterday
    12/01 - 152.6 - 3 days in a row, exact same weight. Hmmmmm.

    @Grisnv Hi! Didn’t I just see you in the December plank challenge? My former doctor actually yelled down the hall that I WOULD get on her scale when I told the assistant I wouldn’t. I was weighing once a month at WW and told her I would gladly bring in my weight record the next week. Only everyone in this group and our local daughter know my weight. I have asked her to join this group.

    Hi, I am. I'm in about 4 challenges because the crazy competitive side of me will keep me motivated.

    11/29 - 155.4 ... (16,300 steps) Slept well, packed my lunch, but not sure what dinner plans will be.
    11/30 - 154.5 ... (14.790 steps) So my Grandmother passed away this morning, she was almost 95. I remember her laugh the most, she was always so happy to see us, always in a good mood. She had dementia the last 10 years or so and her quality of life wasn't very good lately. I hadn't seen her in some time, but would often think of her. I will miss her.... I love you Grandma xoxo.

    12/1 - 156.5... Too many sweets with tea and a little stress. Not really worried.

    This will be another challenging round. I had surgery (cosmetic) on the 29th, and spending the next week recovering on oxycodone. I’m not allowed to do any strenuous exercise for a week, doctors orders. I'll have to be extra clean with my diet to compensate. Looking forward to staying 100% compliant during my recovery. No alcohol. Consistency is key.

    Starting Weight: 135 lbs
    End of Year Goal: 112 lbs

    Goal This Round: Average lower than 114.5 lbs

    11/29 • 116 • Ran 3.5 miles & lifted weights this morning. Surgery this afternoon. 3 servings of alcohol. 1700 cal.
    11/30 • 117 • Walked 2 miles this evening. Day 1 post surgery & feeling bloated from the procedure. 1400 cal.
    12/01 • 116 • Walk 2 miles this evening. Day 2 post surgery & still feeling very bloated from the procedure.

    R15 = 140.16 .....................R16 = 140.04
    R17 = 139.75 .....................R18 = 139.02
    R19 = 138.75. ....................R20 = 138.02
    R21 = 137.86......................R22 = 137.68
    R23 = 138.42

    29/11 - 138.8 - it wavered on 139. I DO NOT want to be back at 139!!
    30/11 - 138.8 - still overeating! Tomorrow is a new month and do I will commit to healthier choices.

    01/12 - 139.4 - 3 weeks of poor choices has wiped out 4 rounds of what felt like hard work. It's going to feel harder loosing it again. I made si good choices today!

    11/29=222.1- I did this last round also...a big drop between Day 10 and Day 1. No loss last round, but there's a downward trend. :)
    11/30=223.3- Had a great day with calories yesterday and pretty good with steps, but as long as I stay below the last round's average, I'm losing weight, so I'm happy. I like doing the averages; whoever started that on here, thanks! It helps to not panic over daily fluctuations, like with TrendWeight.
    12/01=223.8- Well, up again today, but hoping for a better day tomorrow.
