Vegas has a "Santa Run" every year at the beginning of December. Going to start training for that with my Christmas Sexy goal in mind. Super excited.
On another note, went on a quickie vacation last week and ate and drank like I was, uh.. on vacation. NO GAIN! Woo hoo!
Now I'm going to see what I can accomplish when I actually focus.

This is a fabulous idea. I've only just joined up but count me in. I'm weighing in at 192lbs right now but by xmas WILL be 175lbs. That is my goal - although the charts still say I'm overweight at 175lbs I don't want to go below that at all.0

are you measuring inches too? Maybe wait until after you finish your Ripped in 30/Turbofire hybrid, take like a BUNCH of rest days, maybe a week, where you just eat good and do moderate or lighter exercise and see where you are at. Could just be a lot of water retention from pushing yourself? (If thats true- I don't know but I see people say it!)0 -
