    12/09 = 184.4 / I can't believe this is my 5th Round. Time flies when you're having fun.
    12/10 = 186.0......Swiss Chalet dinner last night. It'll take a couple days to get back on track

    I was really upset and disappointed by my results in the last 3 rounds. I'm gonna do my best to be MUCH better on this round.

    Goal for this round: Get back on track, lose the bloating and see 187 again.

    Round 22 ended with the same, 156.8
    Round 23 ended with 158 pounds
    Round 24 ended with 156.4
    I'm still trying! Haven't given up yet.

    Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds but haven't lost in a couple of months. I am aiming to reach goal of 139 before New Years. It's been verrry slow the last couple months.

    12/10... 141, well pshaw! Did another energetic pool class yesterday, ate within cal limits and finished eating early. What's up with this?Today, Asian food out (hello sodium), ellip and touring historic home. Come on 139!

    I'm ready to get started. Never done this challenge before. I will be consistent for the next 10 days with these six goals:

    Cardio/strength at least 30 mins 4 times
    Stretching/toning at least 30 mins 3 times
    No eating after 8pm
    Low carb net 20-40 a day
    4 bottles of water everyday
    Four classes at the gym (I'm paying, I need to go!)
