Recording the daytime snacks isn't working for me. I'm still munching away on them. As a result I'm gaining back hard earned weight lose. I'm tired and stressed so run on sugar ..... which is not the answer at all.
Being honest with myself is sometimes the hardest and biggest step because I know that then I have to change habits and get uncomfortable. Congrats to you and everyone in this challenge for being honest and changing behavior!!

@krea4 I'm doing the exact same thing. This week especially, but basically since thanksgiving, I've really let go and eaten sugar to excess. It doesn't feel good but once I start it's hard to stop again. Tomorrow is Monday and it's truly time for a reset for me. As long as I'm still logging everything and checking in on my challenge groups I know I can get back on track.3 -
