How do u eat ur peanut butter? Healthy suggestions other than on bread/crackers etc??:)

ON a spoon, apple slices or celery sticks - yummmm!! Celery sticks are the best because even though you get to eat the celery you are basically only counting the peanut butter.:laugh:0

I eat 1 tbsp of light PB with a granny smith apple sliced up (which yes, is high in carbs like crackers but NOT processed and has more fiber) to help bump up my fat intake.0

On a spoon Actually i found these whole wheat flax see pita by joseph (at walmart)
60 calories each I split them spread on pb replace the top and cut in 4's like a pie
so good and filling0 -

I don't like cooked oats (texture thing) so I mix 2 tbs pb, about 1/3 C raw oats and just a splash (1.5 tsp??) of maple syrup together. It's very thick and gooey and kind of tastes like a no bake cookie.
I also just eat pb by the spoonful, on a sandwich (clever, huh?) or occasionally on pancakes/waffles.0 -

In a protein shake and in oatmeal with some splenda brown sugar yum! Also on an Arnolds sandwich thin with slices of banana and some honey.
But make sure you measure -- is easy to over indulge!!!!0 -
On apples, graham crackers, whole wheat deli thins and oatmeal.
If you're good about measuring and portion control, try mixing PB with vanilla ice cream (and sometimes Nutella) for a treat!0
