2018 women who want to work towards being under 200lb

Hi ladies!
I created a group designed to get myself and others to One-deland and to support, motivation, listen and lift each other up in our quest for a healthy balanced life!
I'm 27, 5'5 and weighing close to 265 (my all time high). I'm looking to lose 30-35lbs in the next 3-4 months then evaluate and go further from there. Anyone with similar situations or goals please let me know your interest and we can MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
My ideas would be a group that fits this post and making several discussions that would work for most and also being able to really get involved and detailed for each individual through conversations and sharing ideas or tips on food, exercise, mood and whatever else we need. God bless.

I too am planning to break the 200 lb barrier this next year. I started in November at 261. I am 5'5 and 53. I am following a fitness program of both weight training and cardio. I am also doing a higher protein plan and trying to stay around 1800 calories a day. I am currently at 246 and hope to get to 239 even though its the excess season... I mean xmas season. It would be nice to have some fellow support from those who have so much to lose.19

I am too over 200 lbs I have lost over 24 pounds and I feel good thanks for the group I’m looking forward to joining and let’s encourage each other in this thing call weight loss and fitness. I’m so ready7

What a great idea! It’s not loosing the weight that is hard for me it is staying strong and continuing to follow through. With the help of other women like me, maybe I can live a cleaner life. I get tired of dreaming about the good old days. I want to live happily in the now. I want to be proud of myself and those that are around me13

Hi! I think this is such a good idea and I'd love to join! I just recently hit the 80 pounds lost mark and am finally 250 lbs and would love to meet other women who are going through the same struggles as me. Idk if my request went through or not though!6
