Can people share their transformations and how they did it, not including keto? I'm not interested in keto and would like some inspiration from people who eat what they want as long as it fits into their calories.

If you have pix, post em! How did you do it? How long did it take? Starting weight, height ect :)

Prep for comps not doing keto. Sure, I end up technically low carb, but only because calories get low and I want to maintain certain protein and fat levels... But not keto.

(I also lost 25kgs before considered competing... No keto)

i'm curious how many calories you eat? I've had this discussion with female friends that lifting is the secret to leaving behind 1200 calorie day's and I don't have a lot of real life examples to point to.

Do you post on Instagram or twitter?

Thanks. I'm 55 now. Still a work in progress, fussing around with vanity weight/body composition. The first 70 pounds took a year, the next 25 took another year.

You are a patient expert! What kept you motivated from one day to the next?
