Nice summary of your year. I hope this helps you feel great about what you've accomplished, because I know it's felt like a struggle at times. You have a very successful start on maintenance!
Thanks! I am charting this info against printouts of my weight trend. I still have so much fear of food and weight gain, and have an equal fear of being without food. I need to address those things, and trust that everything will be ok.
I am going to try again to get my step count and food intake lower, because all the exercise during this vacation has been exhausting, and all for nought since I still binged anyway. I'm going to write myself a letter to be read next holiday season to remind myself why I don't want to go through this again.

Success/struggles of the week:
- NSV: I broke my own personal record of walking 10k+ steps each day consecutively. My previous one was 21days. Currently I've completed my 25th day. (Yesterday was a huge struggle to get in the 10k steps, I did it but it was just sheer agony!!)
- I have not been doing any body strength exercises in months now. It's like I've forgotten about them. I have been looking up some simple and short routines I may be able to fit in daily. Only about 5-10mins but hey it's better nothing, no?
- Oh my, I have been enjoying food this week. I had 3 Mr. Kipling apple pies in one go mmmm and cake and custard, triple chocolate cake, biscuits, chocolates etc (separate times).
- I've also started taking multi-vitamins.
- And I've found Quest bars and thought I'll give them go. Not particularly for protein but the calories for the small bar because some days I've found it difficult to total up to my daily requirement. However, they're a little expensive so I don't think I'll be getting them regularly. Plus it didn't fulfill my anticipation flavour wise.
Tonight being New Years Eve I'm going to be a lot more relaxed about my food logging. I don't intend to log actually.
I hope the New year brings you all joy and happiness!!!

I tried posting my update 2x (tried once on Sat and once on Sun). Both times, forum said my post would be visible once approved by moderators...I am not trying to spam this forum thread with my weekly update in the event that all my attempts suddenly are approved at once!
With that said, for accountability purposes, checking in with an average of 117.6 on Saturday, down from 119.1 average last Saturday and 121 average from the first check in of the month.
2 more weeks until the cruise, so still banking calories on the lower end of my Maintenance range (117-123lbs) because I KNOW I’m putting on weight during vacation - in the meantime, I’ll be enjoying my new Toyota RAV4 that I purchased after the car accident deemed my other vehicle totaled earlier this month.
Happy New Year, all! See you on the other thread1 -
That’s so random! Thanks for sharing that, @kgirlhart - good info to know.1

Average for November 2017: 143.4
Week of Dec 3rd: 141.8, 142.4 trend

Successes: My weight seems pretty stable. I made no resolutions this year. None. Because I come up with some great ones and by March I'm back to not doing them. So, I just didn't make any.
Struggles: I came down with the "winter crap". My eating is irregular. My activity is zilch. I think I'm sick and have SAD because I'm much more lethargic than normal. Not myself. It's so cold her everyday I feel like I live in the tundra. I'm not sure why I keep letting myself live somewhere that the air hurts my face. I've been avoiding going out like the plague. Was dreading going to work and not having the ability to have coffee on the couch in my PJ's this morning. But someone has to make the money...LOL
I hope all your holiday's were great, however you celebrate. Talk to you next week. Good luck on your resolutions!2
