    Ok, I will give this a try. Definitely the fab abs and maybe the twists. Hope this will give me the incentive to get more exercise on a consistent basis.

    I'm in for fab abs also want to redo arm sculpting. Definite improvement in arms could use more strength.

    Im in for doing all the challenges. I wont be able to do all of every category. But im going to do my best to do it everyday. Time to get serious again.im going to measure tomorrow. So i'll post what i lost for the year.in inches. Happy New Year everyone

    I failed extremely hard in December. I'm going to be trying the abs until the 17th, and then I'll probably be off for the rest of the month due to surgery.
