I lost last night at 9 p.m. It's such a habit for me to snack while watching t.v. after my kids go to sleep. Well, at least it was just one serving of Pop Chips. I did have two cups of tea, which did help cut it back I guess.
My goal: No eating after 8 p.m. Tea only.4 -

Late-night snacking seems to be a problem for a lot of people (yup, including me).
I start today (1/4/2018) but I can remember the last three days. So:

I'm in! Restarted my journey on 1/2, so far, so good. I consider it a win as long as my snack fits in my calorie budget. I am a snacker in general and cutting it out completely leads to binge snacking so I try and plan for it.
