Threw together a quick shrimp taco bowl when I really wanted Mexican food tonight.5 -
Nothing special, a staple for me. Ranch flavored Shake N Bake chicken breast (fried in a little olive oil), veggie pasta, and shredded cabbage with my homemade olive oil, apple cider vinegar, franks red hot, and veggie spices dressing.7 -

Made Sichuan eggplant for lunch...definitely one of my favourite Sichuan dishes...savoury, salty, spicy and of course the numbing Sichuan peppercorn!
Over steamed rice with fresh cilantro and spring onion. I could eat a ton.
Now traditionally one would fry (more blanch) the eggplant in oil as a first step...I steam in the bamboo steamer instead.

Homemade turnip cake with freshly grated radish. Less rice flour and more dried scallops than in restaurants

Today’s lunch. Salad with lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, carrot, avocado and pomegranate seeds. Light lunch as having steak and home made chips for dinner tonight.

Great Seed toast with avocado, tomato, lemon juice, s&p, goat cheese, sprouts. Chopped veg salad on the side and half of a kevita probiotic drink5

This is what I eat to try to be lower carb, thinking I might have to kick fruit all together but if carbs aren’t an issue this keeps you pretty full in the morning!

I wondered the same thing when I got 'em, but I thought they looked so cool I was determined to make it work. Turns out it's a pretty standard fork and food operation... poke, lift, bite, repeat.3 -

I'm not sure what I call this, maybe "everything but the kitchen sink"? It's got chicken breast, basil, red peppers, cilantro, brown onion, green onion, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, corn, black beans, quinoa w/a dash of hot sauce.3
