are you consuming any kind of protein powder ? can we reduce weight without consuming protein powder ?0
-
This is my second time losing weight. In my first round i did consume protein powder.
But i did not this time.
And i can say from experience it did not make any difference to me. I just got in my required protein through food that fit in my calorie intake.
But i wouldnt know if male bodies take it protein differently.
But personally, i did not need protein powder.0 -
