I can’t remember what I posted last for my weight but my weight today (08/01/18) is 139.9Ibs... think a slight increase but there’s always time to pull that back2

UGH. Had a big weightlifting session on Sunday, so a gain due to water retention was expected. Body fat % dropped and so did measurements, so I just need to be patient.6 -

I weigh in mondays, you just copy and paste and update with your new weight each week. you can edit the original poste and weigh in whichever day you choose1 -
