    I can’t remember what I posted last for my weight but my weight today (08/01/18) is 139.9Ibs... think a slight increase but there’s always time to pull that back

    I weigh in mondays, you just copy and paste and update with your new weight each week. you can edit the original poste and weigh in whichever day you choose

    I go back to my weigh in from the previous week and quote it, adding my newest weigh in to the bottom.
