Honestly....you need to be a contortionist to just put it on. I'm going to buy the fitness belt. Slim fanny bag

As my phone has gotten bigger it is getting more difficult to workout with it. I have a decent wrist band type that works ok, but I find it slides around a bit when I am running. What are you presently using that is giving you so much trouble wearing?

I have good old fashioned fanny pack, because I have a giant *kitten* phone, and need to keep an inhaler and tummy meds handy.

When running, I wear a cycling shirt with the pockets in the back and keep my phone in there. It stays put well enough and doesn't bounce around. I have a flipbelt, but find it a bit annoying.

These days I have so many layers with pockets that I can keep it in my chest pocket fine. But it's cold outside.

I carry it in my hand, my jacket pocket, my hydration pack, or just leave it home.

The problem is that most workout clothes for women don't have pockets big enough to hold a phone. :(

OP: I have an armband for when I run and when I'm in the gym I put it on the machine. The armband is nice because I can fit the access card for my apartment complex and my apartment key in the band behind my phone if I need to. I got a belt for Christmas so I'll have to try that out sometime and see if it works any better!

Flipbelt. I've logged hundreds of miles with mine. I despise armbands; they always chafed my underarms.

I keep it in my pants pocket. I wear under Armour Fly-Bys. The pocket is sleek but it still fits my phone and keys and debit card, ID, etc without being bulgy.

In my tights, they dont have pockets. So I have them in between the elastics on top and my leg works fine.

I use a fanny pack, but I've been known to stick it down my sports bra on occasion.
  • I wear a fanny pack. Got tons of different ones. You can put your phone in there and snacks !

When I lift I carry it so I can record what I'm doing. When I run I wear a StashBandz (got it of of Amazon) it's super thin, doesn't move, and has several pockets so I can carry my phone, keys, etc.

I keep it in my gear bag, but as a powerlifter, I keep all my gear close by. I check it for time, use the timer when needed, but for the most part it stays in my bag during my workout.

I try not to keep it close to the body because of moisture so for the most part it's sitting close by. If I'm out running, it unfortunately gets tucked close to the heart.

I just carry it with me and set it down next to me or on the treadmill. I used to put it in my bra but stopped doing that because it’s gross....

https://flipbelt.com/ Works great. Keys, phone, gel's, bib number attaches to it when racing, etc.

I got a thin fanny pack from Ross for $8. I had an official Apple arm band I bought for like $50 and it was awful.

Flipbelt! Phones are so huge now that wearing an armband feels like I have a brick tied on there from elbow to shoulder. They might work for people with bigger muscles or longer arms, but on my shrimpy self there's no way.

I also have running tights with good pockets that I will use if I can, but I don't have enough pairs to wear them all the time.
  • I have a waterproof case so mine goes in my bra... I know its kind of gross but aside from occasionally forgetting where it is, its pretty convenient. And it keeps my earphone cords looser so theyre not getting snagged in my ponytail

I also wear the Fly By capris. I think it depends a lot on the phone you have. My iPhone 8 *barely* fits in the pocket if I try really hard, and I don't think I could get multiple keys in there with it very easily. I couldn't easily get the phone out while running. It would work in a pinch, but it wouldn't be my preferred way to carry that particular phone--maybe a smaller model would work better.

Most of my bras have a pocket that fits my phone, which is where I put it except when the weather is cooler. All my jackets fit a phone. Many of my running tights and long sleeve tops also have pockets big enough for a phone. I also have an arm band that I very rarely use.

I bought the Running Buddy from Amazon. It is a heavy duty magnetic pouch that goes on your waist band. It has two sections inside, one for phone and one for ID, key or GU. It works perfect as a runner and weigh lifter. It has a small zipper in the bottom corner that you just unzip and plug in your head phones. It works great and so comfortable that I forget it's there.
