UGH. Had a big weightlifting session on Sunday, so a gain due to water retention was expected. Body fat % dropped and so did measurements, so I just need to be patient.6 -

I weigh in mondays, you just copy and paste and update with your new weight each week. you can edit the original poste and weigh in whichever day you choose1 -

I know we're tracking weight loss each week,
but I'd like to remind everyone that inches matter also.
From my bloated measurement of 1/1/18, I've lost 1.5" in my waist and 2.25" in my "pooch" (where my belly sticks out under my belly button).
