A new beginning with Keto

Hi I'm 32 and have 4 children and a wonderful husband. I have started the keto diet for about a week now. The hubs has been doing keto for almost a year I believe. Hoping to maybe find some people/friends to help keep me on the right track on here. Im in Oklahoma. I've got 100+ pounds to loose and finally have the mindset to get it started and be a better fit mom for my kids.
