You are tackling two very hard battles at once. Get lots of celery, carrots, radish all that stuff that's next to free foods. You can do it.

Wow you sure came a long way almost at goal. Goes to say Never to late to get healthy.
As for me still with it. Doing more staying off the puter somewhat more. Need to get out of my comfort zone more. All that see this repeat after me. I believe, I can I will.
See you all lighter.2 -
Count me in. My name is Wendy and I am 61 years old. I lost weight last year by giving up sugar and committing to not eating after 8:00 pm. I got sloppy over the holidays and gained some back. This year I need to have some accountability and this will be my place to post every week no matter what!! I love that it is 1 pound per week.

This week's successes: Didn't binge even though I had the house to myself all week! Stayed under my calorie goals and logged everything. I also hit my weight loss goal for January (6 lbs) but I'll only really consider it a success if I keep it off by the end of the month.
This week's challenges: This past week was extremely stressful and upsetting. This next week's challenges will be continuing to deal with the stress and emotional strain of a particular situation going on without eating my emotions.2 -

Greetings:
I lost 14 lbs on a BLC last year and have gained it back. I'm here because I wanted to try a different approach to self motivation. A little about me: 58 years old; was athletic and fit most of my life, but have packed on the pounds in the last 10 years. My job can be a bit stressful sometimes and I work about 50 hours a week. I have a nice life with my husband and 2 German Shepherds (no kids), but would like to feel fit and strong again.

I've joined a couple more formal challenges this year - Hogwarts challenge, Fat2Fit challenge, etc - but figured it would be nice to have a year-long, easy-going challenge where I can just drop in once a week and post my progress, without having to keep track of heaps of threads and groups and all.
Looking forward to seeing the progress over the long term!

I've always been the same way. But then I think- well, I can't succeed if I give up! Following the group might be a great start though! There are a few challenges and groups I checked out several times before I decided to join. Some I decided just weren't for me, others I've given a shot. In any case, I'm sure everyone here will be supportive Best of luck to you in your goals!2 -
