    I did not join this challenge, but going to follow this group. Everytime I join a group I fail. So I'm going to try my way. Looks like everyone is doing a great job.

    I've always been the same way. But then I think- well, I can't succeed if I give up! Following the group might be a great start though! There are a few challenges and groups I checked out several times before I decided to join. Some I decided just weren't for me, others I've given a shot. In any case, I'm sure everyone here will be supportive :) Best of luck to you in your goals!

    This week's successes: keeping on. Pushing my endurance.
    This week's challenges: impatience to be where I want to be. I need to take a rest day to just enjoy a leisurely walk & not end up doing sprints instead.

    You are tackling two very hard battles at once. Get lots of celery, carrots, radish all that stuff that's next to free foods. You can do it.

    Wow you sure came a long way almost at goal. Goes to say Never to late to get healthy.

    As for me still with it. Doing more staying off the puter somewhat more. Need to get out of my comfort zone more. All that see this repeat after me. I believe, I can I will.

    See you all lighter.

    @LinCharpentier

    Thanks for your encouragement.

    I know how you feel, Connie. Same happens to me. But this kind of fluctuation is going to happen, as you well know! Seems like you are doing well in general ... and that gives me hope, too!

    Congratulations on completing W7D2! I just completed (barely) W5. That 20 minute/2 mile run was a killer. Signed up for my first 5k in March.
