Wow you sure came a long way almost at goal. Goes to say Never to late to get healthy.
As for me still with it. Doing more staying off the puter somewhat more. Need to get out of my comfort zone more. All that see this repeat after me. I believe, I can I will.

Every part of me feels metabolically alive and adapting to the demands of increased exercise!
I also wore jeans today for the first time in a long time & felt completely comfortable!6 -

I know how you feel, Connie. Same happens to me. But this kind of fluctuation is going to happen, as you well know! Seems like you are doing well in general ... and that gives me hope, too!2 -

Congratulations on completing W7D2! I just completed (barely) W5. That 20 minute/2 mile run was a killer. Signed up for my first 5k in March.0 -
