Jan 1st - 211lbs … I think I may have over did it over Christmas and new year that’s a 13lb gain :’( hopefully a lot of that is water weight seeing as I’ve been living on alcohol, fizzy drinks and junk food with not being at home. Time to get back on it TODAY!! No excuses! My weigh in days are Friday, so I’ll weigh back in then.

Pleased with this week. I was able to exercise 3 days, hit my step count 4 days and log my foods more consistently. Shooting for the same numbers or an increase to keep the scale number trending in the right direction.

I made it to ONDERLAND!! It only took me 24 yrs! LOL! It feels so good to have a '1' in front of my weight! God is good. Thank you Jesus!! And thanks to my sister for being my walking partner and big supporter.

this week was hard due to lots of schedule changes...hard to have set meals...however, doing the food diary every day has trained me to think in advance about how many calories/ how much sugar, fat, etc. I might be eating even if I cannot write it down immediately. That lead to having not very balanced eating days when I had lots of meetings, but the calorie total was still in the green zone. Then important part about that was that I was craving a balanced meal after snacking quickly between meetings...so, I see that the right balance of carbs/proteins/ sugar, etc. always makes a difference in how I feel..
I hope everyone's journey is going well, full of being good to yourself and taking the baby steps every day!

Stuck again. Seems these days I am more stuck than unstuck. I am tweaking my eating a bit to try to get moving again.
In this cold weather I am not as active either and that certainly makes a difference. Luckily, spring comes early in Georgia, so hopefully I will be outside doing yard work, going camping, fishing and kayaking soon.
I am also approaching the weight I got stuck at last time around. 18 years ago I lost 52 lbs and kept most of it off for 13 years. I got stuck at 202. I flirted a time or two with 195, then popped up again to 202 and was never able to go lower.
Seems my body likes this number. I don't. I am sure there is a psychological component to breaking this barrier, but it feels like there is a physiological one too. I guess we shall see if I can conquer it this time.
Daily weight today was 206 after bouncing around the 207s all week. Maybe next week will show a loss.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
