    Not going to lie - the last 3 days I ate pretty bad (like not a lot above my recommended calorie intake according to Fitbit, just not healthy) so I'm sure it's going to catch up to me :/ Will also try to be a bit more active this week as I'm mostly sitting in bed/at my desk because of exams right now.

    I'm a little disappointed, I was hoping for a bigger loss. I think part of it is not getting enough sleep, but with an infant I can't really do anything about it!

    This past week was a crappy week for me emotionally but I am super proud of myself for sticking with my plan to track all my food (even the chocolate) and add in more activity. I exercised EVERY DAY last week! I have discovered a new exercise that is working for me. I love to read in the evenings and now I am doing it on my stationary bike while I pedal! My ipad fits between my handlebars and I pedal and read! Also, tracking my food and exercise motivates me to pedal if I am going to go over my daily calories.

    I was feeling a little bummed that my weight actually went up this week, but when I weighed in this morning, I was down again! I have also lost 3.8 inches on my body this month! So, remodeling at the same time as I am gradually losing.
