    Lost 68#, regained 12 (to 156) on metabolism reset 11/16-6/17.

    I seem to have hit upon some magic (for me, for now) set of numbers here. Yay! I have my entire day's eating planned (going out for dinner with a friend, so planning around that), and I'm off for a an hour's walk in a bit. Nothing like a little success to inspire more action! :smiley:

    !!!!! And now I'm burning off more calories by jumping up and down! It's as if my body has decided finally to just let go of the fat. Yay!

    Feeling a little puffy today. Drinking lots of water.

    Still puffy. Not getting as much fiber as before since cutting back on carbs, so that's a factor, too. But I feel like I'm losing, so it's all good.

    I keep reminding myself that I'm down a pound from R27, 7 from "normal" BMI, and 12 from my goal. Baby steps are fine, right?

    This is a surprise, since I went out for dinner (reuben = salty). So yippee zippee!
