1/8 • 123.3 lbs • I thought the scale would go up. It actually went down a bit.
1/9 • 123.5 lbs • the worst day for this month so far. Didn’t go to gym, didn’t eat well.
01/10 • 122.8 lbs • hot yoga day!
01/11 • 122.7 lbs • spinning class
01/12 • 122.2 lbs • cardio cardio yay! Need to add more time on cardio next week. Hope it is not a temporary number.
01/13 · 123.5 lbs • here is my cheat day result! the scale doesn’t lie.
01/14 • 122.7 lbs • no workout today. Spend time with family.
01/15 • 123 lbs • our wedding anniversary day. My husband took today off and went out for our favorite sushi restaurant and ordered our favorite meal for lunch. Skipped dinner but I know the calories was still way above 1200.
01/16 • 122.9 • lbs I am kinda of getting beaten up this round.
01/17 • 122.5 • lbs My husband has decided to join me to change our diet. We will start NSNG or low sugar low grain. It is a healthy diet anyway. Let's see how it play in next round. Wend to hot yoga HIIT for 60 minutes. Tired but in a good way.9 -

I wish... when I only have one my weight is fine, it's when I drink the whole bottle then open a bag of chips the problem starts..
Alcohol is my weakness too. I've given up trying to give it up.

Yes, that's definitely true. I always gain weight after increasing my workout routine. I think that's why I always lose weight when I go on vacation because I don't workout as hard.5 -
Back in after an extended holiday hiatus. Had a great time with friends, family, and fooood! Less than 3 pound holiday gain, so not too shabby. Well worth the slight setback.

1/9: 149.4 Nice drop.
1/10: 147.6 Relieved that most of the holiday gain seems to be water weight and not actual damage.
1/11: 147.6 Relieved that yesterday's number was real.
1/12: 146.8 Woo-hoo! Holiday gain is gone and then some.
1/13: 148.2 Boing! Dinner and wine with friends. Water retention to be sure.
1/14: 148.2 Boo! It'll be gone in a couple days so no worries.
1/15: 148.2 7- and 10-day averages are the lowest yet. No complaints!
1/16: 146.6 (singing) Oh, that's the way, uh-huh uh-huh, I like it, uh-huh, uh-huh!!!

Goal for this round: 220. Going on a little day-trip tomorrow to San Diego with my wife, which will involve yummy food and alcohol. I'll consider it a victory if I can get to 1/17/18 and not gain any weight.

1/14 = 220. One of my friends inspired me to come back again to MFP, so here I am!
1/15 = 220.2 Had a salty day, wife bought me some peeps, had at dinner at 9:30 pm. I love being accountable to all of it.
1/16 = 220.6 San Diego was awesome. Had a couple of beers and a couple of really great meals, but kept my portions within reason.
1/17 = 219.8 Finally got under my calorie goal. Trying not to get too happy when I see a good number.

Trying something new, not going to post daily numbers, just starting weight for the round just whether today's scale is a loss or gain compared to the previous day.

1/8 - loss - didn't make my step, or my water goals but I did make everything I ate today and I'll take it as a plus. Also bonus it's less freezing now
1/9 - loss - busy day forgot to post
1/10 - loss - tried my darndest to get my steps, 500 short. Better 500 short than 5,000. I need to figure out how to get that extra bit when I'm too busy to walk at lunch.
1/11 - loss - I didn't eat the donuts someone brought in to work, it all I got for today but I'll take this small victory
1/12 - loss - the extra walk after work still didn't get me to my step goal. Will try again tomorrow, even if it's -20...well I will at least go for a short walk.
1/13 - loss - I did go for a walk, it was cold but sunny and it was only to the subway so it's not amazing but I did go outside. Sunshine in January is misleading. Kept under my calories so that's good and limited the coffee to only half the pot. Trying to drink less coffee, it's harder than stopping alcohol personally. Fingers crossed for warmer weather!
1/14 - loss - went outside again for a short walk, bought all my groceries and chopped and weighted everything for the week. I'm quite happy with myself, all set for a good week!
1/15 - null - not up, not down, not bad at all! Did have a pint but did exceed my step goal. A think it's a very balanced day.
1/16 - gained - well that's not surprising since I did have a pint yesterday. Today was pretty good considering goals overall. I'd like to see it go down tomorrow but we'll see, there's always time.
1/17 - gained - it usually takes two days to level out from alcohol so this is fine. I made dinner instead of ordering in and a got a proper walk in. I'm satisfied with my day overall.7 -

01/12 - 195.8 So much weird stuff going on. For the next few days I can only try my best. No big problems - everything's OK, I am changing jobs and closing out the old job/office is really full of busy-ness and sadness. And joy - but secret joy as I cannot rub that in the face of the people I am leaving.
01/13 - 194.9 I am off at a playground, playing on a seesaw this week.
01/14 - 194.9 Going to try to drink lots of water today.
01/15 - 196.7 Two more days closing out this old job and I will (hopefully) have a normal life again. On Tuesday I finish my notice period and Wednesday I start with a new company. Been here for 13.5 years. Get a lot of stuff built up in that time. Trying not to burden anyone with unnecessary files and making sure there are no bodies to bury. :ohwell:

1/8- 145.86 I saved up the majority of my calories for a final dinner out with my parents. We had some delicious Italian, but I probably went over on calories with dessert.
1/9-145.2 I managed to come in under calories for the first time in awhile.
1/10-144.98 (weighed after a small breakfast and half a coffee) I struggled with hunger this evening but chose broth and lots of water over extra food.
1/11- 144.1 I don't know where this number came from, but I don't think it will stick. Didn't eat great today but did manage to stay under calories.
1/12- 144.32 Starting to feel good (energized) again.
1/13- 144.32
1/14- 144.54
1/15- 144.54 It has been a long day. I'm a little over on calories.
1/16-143.22 I don't believe this number and expect it to be back up tomorrow.
1/17-143.88 I did much better than expected. I must have been holding onto a lot of water from all the eating out at the start of this round because I am not restricting my calories that much.
