01/18 140.6lb - 0.3lb off and on my way to be under 140 by end of the round. Feeling organised and motivated
01/19 Work evening out - a meal (venue as yet unknown!) followed by Cirque de Soleil. Will enjoy but also try to be a bit restrained.

@consumeone : I'm starting my 8th ROUND today. I am 3 pounds lighter now and that's OK. Don't be embarrassed. I have spent more ROUNDS going up & down. The main thing is that we keep coming back and we are not giving up! 10 days at a time, is a whole lot easier to deal with than 30 days.........Keep up the good work and you will see results!7

I’m in. Goal is to lose 3 pounds. I have been slacking off for months now and not making any real progress. I gained about 10 pounds since the summertime. I need to work hard and get back to where I was over the summer because I think that’s where I want to maintain. Just wanted to vent/share.

I'm back. Let's see if I can get down to 160 at least even though my "new" low is 158. The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. I just lost a lot very fast due to having the flu and sinus issues. Good luck ladies and gents.

Treadmill 3 miles before work / 50:13. Fitbit 13,015 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 hours (boom! 3 days in a row!) & 34 floors.
01/12: 158.5 Net calories, sodium & sugar all red...ack! At least fiber was good & 15 c water. Active evening packing up Christmas decorations and nativities collection, still not done by half. Fitbit 11,451 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 38 floors.
01/13: 157.0 Yesterday evening, walked in Frenzy on the Fox 5K (paved trail, plowed & salted) in 47:26 pace 15:19 per mile. Very happy with my time, wore layers of clothes in 10 degrees & NNW 12 mph wind, fun event. Nice change from treadmill. Fitbit 15,158 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 40 floors. Net calories, sodium & sugar red, but not by much, and 17c water.

@Pkov123 -- the woo was intended to be the bad/disagree on MFP, BUT it is being misused for "Woo Hoo". Here's a snippet from Alex in the MFP news and announcement forum responding to someone stating it's being misused and lowering their points:
"The woo reaction will get an updated emoji to help make it more clear what it means. It will remove your woo points but we haven't ever used the reaction points for anything. In 2018 we will be doing more with that system, including adding badges so for now don't pay reaction points much attention."4 -
