Hello everyone! I'm 26 years old. I am 5'11'' and my starting weight was 230 pounds and I am currently 205. My goal weight is around 170. I am picking up running again with the goal to run a half marathon in the fall. I also go to a gym for mixed martial arts. My diet gets eradic as I am in grad school with a schedule that varies greatly from day to day. It certainly helps me stay motivated when I see everyone in my feed succeeding!1

I turned 30 in September, wanted to do something big for my 30th so decided to train for a half marathon. I was a total novice and after 4 months training I did it a week after my birthday.
