    You can totally do this! You can even put a reminder app for drinking water on your phone if it helps. :)

    Just recovered from 2 months of binge eating. Happy to be recovered but I've got 25 lbs to lose - daunting!
    Lowest weight was 105, most fit I've ever been in my life. I want to get back there (and I will!!)
    Current Weight: 135 lbs (5'6), since December i've gained 25 pounds of pure fat
    Goal Weight: 110 lbs (by spring break!)

    You gained 25 lbs in 2 months? Wow, that's hard to imagine.
