Goal this session 240
I have used MFP before and lost 20 lbs but due to some depression issues I have gained it all back. I want to loose back down to at least 175 but at this point I will settle for anything under 200.

01/18 244 first day tracking food again. Didn't do well but I have to start somewhere.
I find if it is your first day back to tracking it's almost easier to eat between you goal calories and your maintenance calories. That way you don't shock your system too much, you're not super starving from decreasing too much (which can make people fall off of tracking), and you still lose weight! I gradually move down to my goal calories over a couple days and if I go slightly over, I don't beat myself up because you are still eating a deficit.
So don't be too hard on yourself and you will rock this!5 -

I'm back. Let's see if I can get down to 160 at least even though my "new" low is 158. The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. I just lost a lot very fast due to having the flu and sinus issues. Good luck ladies and gents.

You can totally do this! You can even put a reminder app for drinking water on your phone if it helps.4 -

Just recovered from 2 months of binge eating. Happy to be recovered but I've got 25 lbs to lose - daunting!
Lowest weight was 105, most fit I've ever been in my life. I want to get back there (and I will!!)
Current Weight: 135 lbs (5'6), since December i've gained 25 pounds of pure fat
Goal Weight: 110 lbs (by spring break!)
I want to lose about 5/10 pounds this week, since I've eaten so much it's a lot of water and food weight and once I get back to my normal diet it all comes off really fast because I have a lot of muscle and a pretty fast metabolism.
Starting this challenge tomorrow, I just got back from a school trip and am recovering from a stomach bug! But i will start tomorrow, so happy I found this to hold myself accountable! Good luck to you all!

01/18- 232.8-ran this morning and went on a walk at lunch time. I’m going to try to manage my emotional stress better this round.
01/19-232.8- did not exercise today but did well with my food. Stated under my calorie goal and watched my carb/ protein intake to make sure they balanced out.

1/18 – loss - my win today is leaving work on time, so I had extra time to make a few different dinners for the next few days to reheat because I know I won't have time to cook for a few days. Probably way too much work for a Thursday but now I have lunches and dinners that are portioned properly and should get me through the weekend. I'm tired but satisfied and greatful for the privilege of time to get this task done.

01/20 - 98.3 - Woke up too hungry, hit my water but not food, so I expect this to go up again. Biggest stomach ache ever! I don’t know if it’s the stress from work but wow!!

01/18 170.1 Completed a challenging yoga class today. It’s doubly hard to have a new body everyday, sometimes I can’t even take standing for granted. Need to quit the ice cream! I didn’t even like it pre-pregnancy. This week and next is supposed to be a big growth spurt, I’m bracing myself already for that challenge. Need to keep stress & food in line to make it through.
01/19 closed an activity today without feeling slightly active. All the stairs at work added up.
